Hi all! I've been lurking the forums for some time and I've finally decided to put out my first post. I've been going through the forums and everyone seems to be well informed and will be helpful during my PE.

    Started 8/20/2013
    - BPEL -- 6.625"
    - MEG -- 5.125"

    Goal by 11/20/2013
    - BPEL -- 6.8"
    - MEG -- 5.4"

    Goal in 1 year
    - BPEL -- 7"
    - MEG -- 6"

I've been doing JP's 90 Day routine for one week so far and I'm loving it so far. I may be overly optimistic but I have noticed some gain already. The reason I say this is because I have purchased a Stealth at the beginning of the month and noticed that my penis extends further out (a few millimeters) from when I first tried it on. So I'm going to continue on with this workout.

I do have a few questions though.

    1) I've been wondering if I should add more exercises to routine or should I follow JP's workout to the T?

    2) After doing research about the Bathmate, would you veterans recommend this to a beginner? (To be honest, I couldn't help it but I had to look it up after seeing it on top of the forums ).

    Hey average guy!

Welcome to the Gym. You should read https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html and many of your questions should be answered.

JP 90 is a recommended beginners routine, but it isn't essential to follow it to a T. You should make adjustments as you feel fit to meet your own situation and schedule. Patience, consistency, and dedication are the secrets to your success.

Accordingly, your short term goals are a bit aggressive. Though guys respond differently, I would say your goals are more likely to be reached in 6 to 12 months. However, your girth goal is a bit of a stretch.

I also recommend you hold off on the Bathmate for another three months in order to get your dick conditioned. You should read through the pumping section under the Devices Forum to do a little research on pumping, in general.

        Welcome to the gym

I agree that your girth goal should be more realistic, a nearly 1 inch gain in girth could take years of dedicated work. Don't let that discourage you though, the sooner you view PE as a long term commitment the better off you will be.

If I were you I would stay the course with the JP90, then after your 90 days start to slowly add in some new exercises.
A bathmate or any other device isn't really needed at this point, and when you do decide to start adding devices I would recommend an air pump over the Bathmate anyways, they are more versatile and more comfortable.

        Good luck

          Welcome average_guy!

Good advice up there, I would follow it. Don't forget to keep a log either. It's helpful to look back on and see what has worked for you, and what didn't.

Best of luck on your journey.

Thanks guys! I guess I was over-zealous about my length and girth. I'll change my goals to be more realistic.

I also realized I posted this on the wrong forum. If the mods don't mind, can you guys put this thread in the "Introduce Yourself" forum? Much appreciated!

Welcome brother! Its not bad to set kick ass goals just know that its going to take time to achieve them. I forgot who said it the other day but it really hit home. PE is marathon not a sprint. So take your time and take it easy as to make sure not to injure yourself.

JP90 is an awesome routine and I also prefer air pumps to Bathmates as bathmates cause discoloration of your penis or bruising in many cases that doesnt go away for a very long time.

Thanks DoradoGold. I read that post and I'll take his advice. I'm ready to meet my goals as long as it takes.

I'm getting over excited looking up pumps so I'll focus on JP90 until the end of the session.
