    Hello PE gym family! This is my first of hopefully many more post to come. I have been interested in enlarging my penis for some time now, and stumbled across this site after a few "buy this and have a monster cock within days" sites. And after a few days of browsing through the forum and such, I decided to give it a shot. So here I am!

    I recently started going to the gym about 3-4 months ago(bodybuilding) to improve my aesthetics. I am a fairly skinny guy because I am so active, between work and 5 days a week working out. Also I have begun to eat somewhat healthier. Seeing my body change for the good eventually brought me here, to improve the health and size of my penis. Anyways, after a bit of reading I have decided to begin JP's 90 day starting tonight!

    I will try to keep a log.. As soon as I find where it is.

      Hi there - my only advice is make sure you're measuring exactly before you start.

      So use a tape measure (not string) for girth, and a ruler for length. And do it by the book - the official way.

      I'm only saying this, as it's easy to get measurements wrong. Using string instead of a tape for example can add on as much as 0.5 inches to girth.

      There's nothing worse than doing the work, assuming you have grown to a certain size, then realizing you haven't at all.

        For the record, the beginners programe is very good. Follow it exactly. Do the work, and do the rest. Don't be tempted to try and do more.

        I've seen great gains in under 6 weeks on this.

          A mistake people make is thinking the programme is too easy, and it's slowing their progress down.

          As a gym regular, you will know that much of growth comes from resting - not training.

          All you're looking to do is give your penis a short, sharp, workout - then rest.

                  cm79, I made sure to measure length with a tape measure and girth with a paper ruler to be as exact as possible. Thank you for the advice.
