My name's Bobby and I have been doing penis exercises on and off since I was in high school. However, my technique has always been shoddy and I have never been consistent.
I have read many of the posts on the PEgym forum and find this community to be open, thought-provoking, and inspiring. I recently ordered the book "Penis Exercises," a compilation of all the wisdom and experience that PEgym.com. After finishing it I feel ready to start up again with a journal and incrementally increasing regimen.
Going for a 10 minute warm up, a couple minutes of stretching, and 5 minutes of jelqing with at least 20 JAI stretches on workout days. I'm going to start with one day on and one day off and increase the jelq time gradually over the next few weeks.
I am curious about a technique I read about in "Penis Exercises" that I haven't heard of before: the cool down. Do you folks implement a cool down?
I am adding a 1-2 minute cold water soak at the very end of my workout. Hoping this will stimulate blood flow.
The cool down gives me an idea. I recently developed tendonitis in my wrist; one of the ways I have been treating it is with alternating hot and cold water soaks. The soaks are designed to stimulate blood flow, reduce pain, and ultimately speed the healing process. Could a similar technique be used to aid penis healing?
For example: on rest days, one could do a ten minute soak, alternating every minute between hot and cold water.
I don't know if this will work considering the anatomical differences between the wrist and the penis but it's worth a shot, right?
