  • New Member (with questions! :)

    Hey guys, I have been trying to read everything there is to read on the site and the forums for the the past two days. I just came across PE and it really sparked my interest (because I know all those other herbs/vitamins are usually bullshit). I have been looking at the beginners routine and have created one based upon it, but would like some input from those of you who are expert PEers.

    Stats:

    Current Bone Press:
    FG: 3.6in FL: 4in
    EG: 5.75in EL: 5.5in

    Goal Bone Press:
    FG: 4in FL: 5.5in
    EG: 6.5in FL: 7in

    Some basic info about me:
    I am 18.
    I occasionally drink/smoke (tobacco and pot)
    I take adderall daily (Prescribed to it)
    I work out every other day and I would say I am in pretty good shape.
    I masturbate once a day before sleeping (I need it to go to sleep it seems... scary)
    I am sexually active.

    My routine:
    10-15 minutes of hot towel (while in shower).
    6 minutes of basic stretching
    10-12 minutes of dry Jelqing (50 regular jelqs, 50 v jeqls)
    6 minutes of basic stretching (rotational)

    Routine on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday. Kegeling on resting days. (ive done this routine for three days now, and haven't really seen much (though I don't expect to))

    PS: Do any of the facts about me somehow effect penis growth?

    How do you you do "Dry" "V" Jelqs? You want your fingers to slide up the shaft.

      Yeah, smoking. How many per day? Pot is ok as long as it is in moderation.

        That could be a flaw in the routine. I guess I will just stick to regular jelqs and v jelqs. Other than that, does this look like a good beginners routine?

        @scythe: I might drink and smoke on the weekends if the occasion arises, but that's all. I smoke a cigarette once a day or one every other day, I am by no means a heavy smoker. How does this effect gains though? and does pot?
