    Hey whats up guys hope everything is good for you all but I happen to find this site by mistake but im glad I did and i wasn't sure if I should join but I did cause i felt that I could learn some things for the other guys on here. I have a few question but i wanted to introduce my self first you guys can just call me Dray

    Starting points are:

    Flacid Length - 4.7

    Erect Length- 7.3


    Goal point:

    Flacid Length- 5.6

    Erect Length- 8.6

    So any tips would be great cause Im totally new to this and I plan to start tonight

    Welcome to the gym Dray. Be sure to read around and soak up as much information as possible. Going into a PE regiment informed will greatly benefit you in the future. Get started on a newbie routine, either this site's or JonPop's newbie routine. Both are excellent routines and will set you on a good course of a life-time of good PE (not to mention, will probably give you some very motivational gains). Do this routine for 90 days. Stay consistent and patient, and your gains will come. You already have a large dick. I hope you're proud of it. But good luck making it a monster . Start a progress log to keep yourself organized and allow others to chime in with tips, pointers, and motivation.

      thanks man but to i think it's average and i hope this really works Im still on the fence with this im going to start tonight and how do i keep a progress log like what do i put on it ?

        I'm gonna chill out and just do the exercise. From lifting years of lifting weights, I know that the scale sometime is your best friend, and your worst enemy. You would get so discourage if you keep measuring. I say just stick with for a while before measuring. I'm gonna measure on the first sign I see a difference (visually) or in a month or so.
        I've Added 35 pounds of Muscles since high school(Naturally):D. Being at 175 pounds pretty lean at 5'6, let's see what kind of gain will PE do for my dick now.:biggrin1:

          You can start your very own progress log right here - https://www.pegym.com/forums/progress-forum/. People in their logs generally update their routine, put in pictures, talk about certain things going on with their workouts, and report gains and other changes. Some people update them frequently, more people update on a weekly or monthly basis. Logs really help others track your progress and they can add insight.

            Yeah your right Ywsspirit but tonight will be my first session so when did you start or when are you going to start?
