  • Consistency

I'm a long time lurker who has done these exercises inconsistently. I want to see if I can gain with consistency. I don't consider myself small, and am pretty confident thanks to an awesome girlfriend... but being bigger would be good for both of us (she knows about pegym) and I've decided to start JP90 to see if we can get some gains!

    Wish me luck guys.

You most definitely have to be consistent if you want to gain.

Yes, definitely. I'm going to start a routine and will be keeping a log here to help me stay consistent on Monday! If I can anywhere near what you have, I'll be a happy camper!

Hard work pays off I would not have gained the way I did if I wasn't practicing PE religiously.

          Welcome!

Make sure you read the JP 90 thread closely since I did couple mistakes with in rep ranges and exercises because I didn't read it close enough.

Make sure you don't skip the reverse kegels which are linked in the bottom of that thread. You can do them after each workout.

Make sure you do both front and reverse kegels

Stay consistent and motivated for example by reading succes stories.

Make sure you research as much as you can also since you want to stay safe with in Penis Enlargement

Are the kegels done during the stretching enough so I would only need to do reverse kegels afterwards?

Also, I was considering starting with maybe only 1 set of 50 jelqs and 30 v jelqs. I would add if my PIs were good, and keep adding to what the routine actually is (3 sets) if my PIs remained good? Or do you think I should jump right into all 3 sets?

            Thanks for the advice guys!

Kegels listed here are more than enough, IMHO, you may start with less and work your way up as you condition your pelvic floor, but never forget reverse kegels. Also give your pelvic floor rest as well, like all skeletal muscles, it needs time to recover and grow.

I like how you want to play it safe, go ahead, its better to undertrain than overtrain, plus, PIs will give you a great indication of what you are doing.

Consistency is the number one thing required to make gains in my opinion. You have to be focused and make sure you do your PE regularly. Keep a progress log journal and enter in even when you did nothing that day that it was a rest day. If you start slacking on your PE, it will be evident in your log to yourself.
