  • Hello

Hello. Im new. Relatively except for two threads and a few post. Here's my story.
Dick small, want it bigger. I mean not entirely small, but would like the satisfaction of having a bigger one.Not for my wife(well her too) but mainly for me.Same reason why I lift, same reason why I eat clean. Started jelqing about two months back, measured recently,no gains yet. Also got a bathmate the other day, think I used it wrong, gonna give it a go tonight with some stretching.Trying to follow GoodLooking losers routine to start. Im really hoping for girth, length im not worried. So far this forum seems to have the most mature people, which is good. Looks like this'll be my new hangout in between homelife and gymlife. Glad to be here!

      to the pegym!

I enjoyed this part of your introduction:dick small, want it bigger( it was just so straight to the point)

I would advice you to take PE as a journey not a sprint.

Read all the beginner stickies and keep learning new things PE wise.

Here is some links that will help you with your jelqs:

What is Jelqing? How to Jelq to a Bigger & Harder Penis! - PEGym

Beginner routine wise I would suggest JP 90 since it is a great conditioning routine:https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html

You need to constantly watch your physiological indicators after your workouts to make sure that your progress is healthy and that your not overtraining

Good luck to you in your journey and I would also advice you to start a progress log!
      Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
      Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9
The Goal: BPEL: 9 inches EG: 6.5"

Welcome! I agree with Pegasus on starting a log. I wish I would have started one sooner. One of the best decisions I made on here to track my gains and find my plateaus. Good luck

No not yet, going to measure tonight hopefully after I cook dinner,if not tomorrow then go from there.I don't wanna be obsessed with measuring though, even though I know it's good to keep progress,it'll be hard for me not to measure every day if I start.Going to try to restrain myself in that aspect

You can measure once a month and you can have longer period without measuring.

I do not really see point in measuring every 1-2 weeks.
