Howdy.. I just joined the gym but I've been lurking for a few weeks and even started the JP90 conditioning program. As a matter of fact, I've already seen some improvements In the ole EQ.... Nothing cooler than to hear my wife say "you seem bigger. What's going on?" With Just one week into it! If that don't motivate you I don't know what would.

i had no friggin Idea this crazy stuff existed but it makes sense. I've always heard in my 43 years that you get what you're born with.... Not that I've had complaints from the ladies... /wink.

Maybe I'll start a progress thread before I loose track of what I've done so far.

    Peace!

Log a progress thread mate, I have found it foundational in a lot of my gains, helped me to keep track and be honest with how much PE work I did every week. Oh and welcome to the gym

Welcome to the gym! And definitely make yourself a progress log because like Kickinthemebs said, you can go back and see how long you did certain exercises, amount of intensity, and past comments from yourself of the exercises that you were doing to see what could benefit you in the future.

Hello and welcome!! We are a support group as well, so don't hesitate to ask any questions.

Make a progress log and measure the same way every time. I would suggest standing against a wall.

Good luck with all of your goals. =)
I will never apologize for being me. People should apologize for asking me to be anything else.
