  • Hello...

    Hey,

I have been some what of a 'ghost PEer', for about a year now, (as in I haven't made an account but read up on a lot of info, done JP90 etc...), I used to have an account with PEGym but that was on my old email which I have since forgotten. During my time on JP's routine I stupidly thought, 'I wont bother measuring as ANY gains made I will appreciate', so I'm not 100% what Length or Girth I initially started at, however, defiantly feel a bit bigger and EQ is a whole lot better. Have been going through a lot of trail and error in the past 1year+ and found out the exercises + devices that my member likes/responds and doesn't..... bearing in mind I stick to the most simple of exercises.

Wont go into massive detail ..

    Likes:
    Phallosan forte, jelqing

    Dislikes:
    Size Genetics
manual stretching- no matter what I always get to carried away and always notice negitve PI's
Bathmate- Used to use every day during the time I couldn't do manual PE, just noticed a lot of fluid build up and even at low pressure pain- have since discontinued and invested the 20+ mins into a jeqling routine which I will explain below.

So as it stands my routine is as follows:

    Device...
    Phallosan Forte
    - Every day alternating between left and right every two days... 8-10hours per day .Have it on medium Yellow tension.

    Manual Routine...

    Warm up:

10 Mins HOT shower with a couple helicopters + penis slaps
    Jelqing:
200 reps/strokes (one stoke counting as one rep) with overhand grip. I tend to hold balls + skin back (as I'm uncut) with one hand and jelq with the other, then switch every 10-20 reps/strokes.
    Edging:
Typically for about 20-30 mins- I use this as a warm down

I do my MANUAL ROUTINE 5 days in a row M/T/W/T/F with 2 days off S/S.... No manual stretching as I experience negative PI's and I feel that my phallosan more than covers that.

I use my phallosan forte 7 days a week (on rest days also) as its very comfortable and I experience no negative PI's. As opposed to the sizegentics, which in my opinion feels like someone has your glans in a chokehold.

    Questions:

What do you think of my current routine?
As I count reps vs time for jelqs- How often should I increase the reps and by how much?
What do you think about my jelqing form?

Just a quick intro, any feedback on my questions will be appreciated. Oh and im starting measuring from today.... 5.75BPEL 4.5EG

In the near future I intend to add more reps to my jelqing exercise and in the long run (after about 1 year) add in hanging. I know this looks like a very basic routine but for me it has to be... I love simplicity and it makes me look forward to my workouts. Adding in loads of different exercises throws me off and was a big reason why I looked for alternate ways of gaining size i.e bathmate instead of a manual routine.

Yeh it is a very similar routine to what I did when I first started, with the phallosan and jelqing, and I saw great gains from it. I would say have 1 day of total rest from PE and phallosan use in order to repair and recover though. I have done both ways and taking 1-2 days rest is best than using it non-stop. If you are determined to use it 7 days a week, then at least take 1 or 2 days where you only use it for a few hours, instead of 10. It will decrease your EQ.

You jelq in the same way I do. It might be beneficial for you to look at my signature, the KITJ and KITV jelqs are very good and effective for when you want to up the intensity. Very similar to the style of jelqing you are doing but more intense.

        Welcome to the gym!

Are you getting good PI's after your workouts by following your current routine?

Physilogical indicators:Physiological Indicators Are Your Best Friend

If yes then continue what your doing.

Seems to be concentrating too much on length so maybe add an girth exercise like V-jelqs.

I'm assuming that you do kegels also?

Thanks for the reply. Good to hear that im not the only one to jelq that way and will take a look at those variations of jelqs soon. Will take your advice on that and only wear it for say 5-6 hours on the weekends (rest days). And as for increasing my intensity; simplicity is key for me to stay motivated and want to keep up my manual routine, could I just increase the repetitions over time as opposed to choosing a new variation of jelq? I read the KITJ jelq in your signature and I pretty much do that without clamping at the base; instead I just use the base hand to hold balls + skin back. I do kegals whilst doing this but only to increase blood flow if I feel EQ during jelq is diminishing.

Hello, thanks for the reply + info. No I am not experiencing any negative PI's. I do keglas during my jelqs to force blood back in if I feel I am losing EQ, and also when im sitting down and have spare time. My body doesn't agree with V jelqs, both my unit and my wrists, would jelqing in the way I described be enough to gain girth over time? As I mentioned above simplicity is key for me to enjoy and stay motivated in PE, I've read a lot of info on girth exercises, but if you could suggest a fairy basic girth exercise that I could add into my routine that would yield results I would be happy to look into it. Many thanks!

Besides V-jelqs you can try to do KITV's and ULI's.

                  KITV's:https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...jelq-kitv.html

ULI:Uli - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness

Reguarding ULI's could I do them 1st thing in the morning or should I do them during my main manual routine? Just asking as it would be good to get them out the way when I have best erection levels. Edited: Just read through a few posts on them an will wait a little while longer as many say you should be very conditioned before attempting them, could you suggest any 'safer' girth exercise's? Many thanks!

I personally do them in the beginning of my routine.

I think that ULI's should be a part of your routine and not an exercise done by itself.

Okay I will look into them. As my routine stands (without ULI's) could I still make decent length + girth gains as jelqs are primarily a girth exercise?

I think yes you will be able to make length gains even with adding ULI's.

Thanks for the info PurpleOnes! What do you think about increasing jelq repetitions, i.e., over what period of time should I increase them and by how many? Is there a limit to how many jelqs you can do per workout before it becomes ineffective? Any information on the will be greatly appreciated as Jelqing is pretty much all I do manually.

                            Many Thanks,

I will say just go by your PI's as far as increasing your jelqs.

You can manipulate with the reps, your grip, erection % and also how long do you do each of your jelq.

Stay in the 50-75 % erection range and stop before glans. Start each jelq as far down your shaft as you can.
