  • Hello

Hi all, finding this website and forum has been very inspiring and motivating to become a member and start with PE. Reading all those threads with gains, advice and tips on how to maximize effectiveness and so on, all very good stuff. However, just out of curiosity, I googled PE and what do you know, Wikipedia popped up. To my horror I found this: ’ variety of physical therapy techniques have been used in an attempt to enlarge the human penis. To date, none has been scientifically demonstrated to be effective.’ or (of jelqing) ‘While there are many anecdotal claims of success from supporters of the technique, there is no medical evidence for its effectiveness.[8] Furthermore, medical journalist Christopher Wanjek has said that the claim that the technique will “enlarge the penile cavities that fill with blood, making for larger erections.. Makes no sense biologically.”[9] Similarly, Sue Johanson explains jelqing cannot possibly enlarge the penis, though it is unlikely to cause any serious damage.’ How can this be? I’m not dismissing any of those claims that report success and gains of various levels. But still, can anyone elaborate on wikipedia’s info? Thanks

    Welcome to the Gym!

Wikipedia has a lot of contradictory entries, and the debate on the validity of claims on this subject is very big.

To the medical sphere, there is no need for PE as they try to fix people and a bigger penis is not on their list, so they have little to no interest in proving it works, add to that, they are mostly exposed to cases where there are injuries, or why else would someone go to a urologist and show them his penis unless he injured himself.

Anyway, please read through the subforums carefully and make-up your own mind about it, and you are always welcome to ask questions and discuss what you want.

A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

        Welcome to the gym!

Yes PE is not proved by sciense but we enlarge our penis despite that.

I have made gains myslef and I actually didn't looked even towards sciense. I just picked a beginners program and never looked back.

I would suggest that you will start with JP 90 beginner program since it is a great program that will condition you for more advanced exercises.
