    Hi guys,

    First post here, looking to obviously increase in size like everyone else!

    I'm 18, 6 feet tall and have a just over 4 inch penis erect. My girth is pretty good in comparison, about 4.5 - 5 (I don't know the specific measuring terms yet)

    Obviously this sucks as it looks tiny in comparison to my height. I'm looking to start a beginner's routine next week after my exams are out the way, however I had a few questions before I start.

    1 - Do you think I'll grow anymore naturally? I'm part South African which I'm hoping will benefit me lol.

    2 - When you jelq, do you have to stop just before the head, or can you go the whole way?

    3 - I tried jelqing for the first time today, and I can't help myself from getting hard as I do it. It's really frustrating, and means having to stop regularly to prevent an injury. Does this stop eventually from experience, or at least get easier?

    4 - I have a really bad masturbation addiction, and since I was about 13 years old I've fapped essentially every day for around 2-3 times. I've often wondered if this is the reason for my small penis, so I'm prepared to only do it for edging purposes when I start. Are there any links between the two?

    5 - When you hit your ideal size, what do you do to keep it that way? Are the gains permanent, and so you just give it up?

    6 - Is Vaseline a good lubricant for wet jelqing?

    In case you haven't already done so, please read the START HERE thread as well as the articles in the topmost blue navigation bar, and pay attention to safety instructions.


    And make sure you read the following thread!!


    1- Maybe, why not.

    2- Stop before the head, never jelq your glans.

    3- You will get used to it with time, for now, just let it drop to a a safe level (45%-60%).

    4- Not related, however, everything is good in moderation, excessive masturbation may have its problems too.

    When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, start a log in the progress forum to track your progress and get feedback, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.



    Stamina exercises contribute to EQ, penile health and gains, I suggest you read through the Premature Ejaculation Forum and follow a balanced regular and reverse kegels routine for optimum pelvic floor health and conditioning, as well as practice Edging for more stamina and control.



    Most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload, as you need to condition your penis first!

      I'll answer your questions one at a time.

      1. It's possible to grow more naturally, but at your age I doubt it. How's your EQ (erection quality)?

      2. You are not supposed to jelq the head; stop right before it.

      4. I highly doubt there is a link, considering your height. The only thing this could possibly do is accelerate and end puberty early by increasing testosterone levels too much too early, but that's only a theory and considering your height I doubt this happened.

      5. Once you get there, there are cementing routines you can follow to "cement" your gains, or make them permanent. You may also find that you have to go on a maintenance routine and still PE once in a while to maintain your gains.

      6. Try it and find out! If you can jelq properly it's a good one. I can imagine vaseline being good.

      EDIT: What routine do you plan on following? Also, consider creating a progress log in the progress forum to keep yourself motivated and track your progress and routines.

        Why would that benefit you?

        Being 18 will benefit you, because it means you likely still have time to grow.

          Hey Dog!

          Welcome to the Gym.

          you should click on the START HERE button at the top of the page and many of your questions will be answered as well ad learning about starting routines and safety tips.

          1. You may still have some natural growth coming. Some guys experience some additional growth into their early 20s.

          2. You should stop the jelq before the head.

          3. Many find the erections are reduced over time.

          4. Over masturbating should not have stunted you dick's growth. But it could cause future ED issues

          5. Some guys retain most of their gains provided they cement them;
          . However, some guys need to continue to perform occasional or light PE to retain their gains.

          6. vasaline is ok, but you should get some inexpensive house brand water soluable personal Lub at Target or Walmart. Easier clean-up.

            You may grow more. Some men continue to grow into their early 20's.

            You don't have to stop before the head. But pay close attention to how it feels. If you have any pain then you may want to adjust. Personally I stop before the glands.

            It should bet easier with time. If you get fully hard, just use a much lighter grip and continue. Hopefully your body will get used to the fact that this isn't masturbation. Try this, if you get hard drop and do 10 push ups. This should help you to lose the erection and adds in some exercise.

            I doubt masturbation has anything to do with your penis size. Someone else will post links...I'm not good at that.

            I wonder if any man will ever hit their "ideal size". It seems we always want more. For the most part the gains are permanent. I made my initial gains back in 1999 and haven't lost them, even when I went years with almost no PE. You may lose some erection quality (EQ) with no PE which can cause very small losses, but they come right back with some light jelqing a few days per week.

            I have stopped PE completely for years, except for some brief stretching before I urinate or before I get in the shower. But I would recommend keeping a light jelqing routine to keep your EQ up.

            Yes, but it is messy and can be tough to clean up.
            (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG

              HEY, AND WELCOME TO PEGYM!
              I'm sure someone will post a bunch of links to different post that can help you, but ill just answer a few.
              jelqing at 100% is fine, some prefer to be rigid as other prefer to be more elastic.
              you'll figure it out yourself, basicly by the end of the jelqing session you dick should be thicker and more full, almost like it's hanging heavier when limp.

              As for going to the head, i have always gone all the way up even past the head, i feel that this helps length gains.
              Masturbation has nothing to do with penis size.
              Once you hit you i deal size it's a good idea to surpass it by 1/4'' there for you wont shrink past your ideal size, if any!
              Also maintenance once a week wouldn't hurt1

                Don't stress. I'm about your size and I have a great sex life with my wife. I wish I could tell you size doesn't matter, but.... Get some knowledge about technique, you get a gal jazzed up enough your pinky can get he off. I wish I had found this site years ago. I'm still small but we are going to get there together

                    Well generally speaking, Africans are naturally better athletes and have larger penises. Not that this is true for everyone of course.

                    My EQ is reasonably good, but obviously the excessive masturbation hasn't helped in reaching more perfect levels. I'm pretty sure that if I stopped for a week or so, it'd be very good. I plan on warming the penis up/down for 5 minutes, stretching for 5 minutes in all directions, and then just wet jelqing/V jelqing for about 20 minutes rather than counting them out. Does this look alright? It's pretty much based off of the JP 90 day one.

                    A big thanks to everyone who has taken the time out to reply/help me! Ideally I'd like to reply to everyone individually, but I don't think I'd have the time!

                    I can tell already that this forum has a great, friendly community which is nice to see. My aim is to hit 5inches this year, which with beginner gains and natural growth I think will be possible. As for girth, I'm a lot more concerned about length right now, although any bonus girth gains will be welcomed!

                        Honestly as i can see length is your main priority, i would do i routine similar to this-
                        In the am 500-600 jelqs (sounds like a lot but it's not) Jelqing although traditionally looked upon as a girth exercise, i have found works more as a erect length exercise.

                        In the PM, a slight variation of JP90 routine, his is great, but im a firm believer that the more stretching the faster the gains when it comes to length.

                        So i would go, DOWNWARD STERTCHES- left, center, right - hold each stretch for 30 seconds
                        You should do each direction 3x, so a total of 9 downward stretches!

                        After this STRAIGHTOUT STRETCHES- Left, center, right (same exact thing as downward)7

                        After this, STRAIGHT UPWARDS STRETCHES, left , center, right (same)

                        when i first started in 2009 this routine brought me 3/4 inch in 1 1/2 months!

                          You seem to have your head on straight so I won't explain to you the fallacies of that stereotype, but do understand that although there are great black athletes, the majority of people of African descent are not athletes. Just extend that logic...

                              I always thought that was true myself. For a random example only 58 athletes have ever run 100m in less than 10s. 57 of them are the black. Also look at the England soccer squad, around half of which are black or mixed. Then compare that to the percentage of black/mixed people in England, which is much lower. I don't know anything about the subject, I've only heard the stereotype. Although based on those examples, surely that can't be a coincidence?
