  • Hello all

How's it hanging everybody? I am new to PE and I've been lurking around the site since Feb soaking up all the information I can....and there is so much information. I found the site looking to find info on pre E and started an edging and keagle routine. I started JP's 90 day routine on may 1st and have been pretty consistent. I must say I am liking how I feel and slowly gaining confidence. The show of support and encouragement I see looking through the forums is a great thing. I am happy to report thus far over about five initial weeks my BPEL went from 6" to 6.4".This might solely be due to increase EQ but It is encouraging. Thanks for the wealth of info and advice on the site. Glad I found it! I'm gonna keep on tuggin on!!

I like you, dude. You did exactly what you should have first by researching PE and the post on this (or any other PE site) for some time before beginning; I joined this site but didn't commence into PE until seven months later doing the same. Research. Props. And I still research. And that 6 to 6.4 is better circulation from doing PE with caution. PE done correctly will first help with a better EQ where many do PE just for that. Again, props.

              Thanks for the welcome everyone!
@thenewdude, Yeah I have tried to be cautious and not rush into anything advanced. I have learned the hard way from regular exercising just how easily you can injure yourself if you don't know what your doing or listen to your body. The boost in eq in a victory in itself. I cannot remember the last time I had morning wood every morning for long stretches of time. My penis feels healthier than ever which makes me believe this is what I should be doing. Just wish I had started at a younger age.

                  to the gym 007gainer!

Great to hear that you have enjoyed reading threads here. It is a good idea to keep reading and educating yourself since knowledge is a good thing when it comes to PE.

Consistency and dedication will aid you in your succes in your PE journey so keep that in mind.

Yes those are so called ''newbie gains'' and they are usually EQ improvements.

Starting a progress log is a good idea also since it helps you to track your workouts really well, it adds a reference point for later on and also serves as a motivation for you and others.

I have completed JP 90 and you can see from my progress journal how each workout looks:https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...s-journal.html
