  • Hi all :)

Hi all, my name is Veljko

I am 26 yr old guy, uncut, working from home.

Before any PE my measurements were (approx)

14 cm x 13 cm (EL x EG at the base)
9 cm x 10 cm (FL x FG at the base)

I started with PE in 2009 but I it was weak, bad and random routine, based mostly on dry jelq, little stretching , clamping and extreme pumping.

My glans is too small in flacid state that I cant do hanging or even extending with any classical extender.

    My current stats are
    14.7 cm x 15 cm
    10.5 cm x 12 cm

I believe that most of my gains came from pumping and jelq.

Again my routine is random and I dont work on my buddy every day.

I am here to make my own logg, to make my PE habits regular and to start real journey to the biggg dick.

Ou, I have to add some more things

1 My erections are rock hard or better said steeel like but even than my glans is a little bit soft

2 I never felt fatigue, some times hours of dry jelqing and pumping makes him really big (EG like 17 cm or more) but he is always ready for more

    to the Gym veljko6!

Please make sure to read the following thread!!

Congratulations on your gains. In case you haven't already done so, checkout the START HERE thread as well as the articles in the topmost blue navigation bar, and pay attention to safety instructions.

Stamina exercises contribute to EQ, penile health and gains, I suggest you read through the Premature Ejaculation Forum and follow a balanced regular and reverse kegels routine for optimum pelvic floor health and conditioning, as well as practice Edging for more stamina and control.

    Good Luck!

      Hey Veljko6!

      Welcome to the Gym.

a log is a great way to track your gains. A picture of your starting size is also a great way to set a base liner for gains. I wish I had when I started.

              Hello Veljko, and welcome.

Sounds like you've got a good plan. Stick with it, and start up that log. Take a look at the beginner routines too, some have found that going back to them can be very beneficial.

              Best of luck to you!

                Welcome to the gym vejko6!

You have made good gains already but I will advice you to stick to routine and be consistent with that routine.

I believe a lot in being dedicated and consistensy when it comes to your workouts.

Your not forced to use any devices but you can if you want I myself advocate beginners to get the benefits from the manual exercises before jumping towards devices.

I can tell from the experience starting a journal/log is one of the best things you can do since it will help you track your workouts, serve as a reference point from later on and also it is added motivation atleast for me.

I also myself do this fully for myself because I feel this will add me a lot of confidence. Make sure you also enjoy doing your workouts.

I would advice to start with JP 90 routine since it is a great routine for a beginner that will condition you for more advanced exercises.

                  Thank you all on support

JP 90 is good, I finished something similar few years ago but now I dont like it very much, its too short, my dick is well trained for long and extreme in intensity sesions and right now I am thinking about new experimental technique, based on medicine books and my own thinking
