Please make sure to read the following thread!!

Please Click HERE to get started, and pay attention to safety instructions.

6.5" in length is above average, please take a look at the Success Forum for testimonies and gains reports!!

When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, start a log in the progress forum to track your progress and get feedback, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.

I recommend following a manual beginner's routine, most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload, as you need to condition your penis first!

Learn to listen to your penis, your PIs are his way of communicating with you, to let you know if you are on the right track or doing too much, pay attention to what he has to say!

Stamina exercises contribute to EQ, penile health and gains, I suggest you read through the Premature Ejaculation Forum and follow a balanced regular and reverse kegels routine for optimum pelvic floor health and conditioning, as well as practice Edging for more stamina and control.

    Good Luck!

A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

        Welcome to the gym tmiller380!

Well I have started 5 months a go and have made close to 1.5 inches in gains.

My starting stats were 6.3 inches in length and 5.2 inches in girth.

Currently not sure about my length but when I measured last time my length was 7.5 inches and my girth is 5.5 inches.

Here is my journal where I have tracked all of my workouts from beginning:https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...s-journal.html

I have only done manual penis enlargement exercises and I would advice you to start with them also.

Really good routine that I suggest for almost every beginner is JP 90 since it consists fully from manual exercises and will condition you for more advanced exercises for later on.
