  • Please help!!!!

    I've been jelqing on and off for years. Unfortunately I haven't gained any erect length I've only gained flaccid length, so my dick looks good soft, but when I get hard it is a disappointment. I am 4 inches soft and 5 hard. I am a hard gainer with the lowest possible lot of 6, and have a pretty bad turkey neck. Also, it seems my eq is worse after doing pe.

    My routine usually consists of a warm up, stretching for 5 mins, and about 300 slow jelqs. It was usually 2 days on 1 day off. I also sometimes do some girth work by just squeezing the base of the shaft to trap as much blood as possible for 30 secs to a minute. I've experimented with other techniques such as hanging but I am hesitant to continue without a good hanger.

    Unfortunately, when I would do stretches I pulled very hard which I found out is bad and prevents length growth. I just need some good direction from someone more experienced to help me out.

      I'm far from experienced at PE, but maybe try to back down a bit? Perhaps reduce everything to half (both applied pressure and volume of exercises)...

          Welcome to the gym lil guy!

          If your EQ is getting worse maybe you are gripping too hard, pulling too hard, jelqing with too high erection, doing too much in one session or not taking enough rest days.

          I feel that EQ is the most important PI for me, maybe reduce the intensity or reps, try incorporating more rest days and maybe a de-conditioning breaks as MrB8 suggests.

          I find edging and kegels help with EQ too (don't go too crazy with kegels though).

            Welcome Lil guy!

            LOT is an unused theory at this point, but yours may indicate good initial success with hanging.

            For the turkey neck, certain skin stretches may help over time. Have a look here;
            https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...rkey-neck.html

            EQ sometimes dips after a workout, because of the stress on it. But if it lasts a long time, or is continuous, then you may need to look at your grip strength, intensity, or reps.

            Routine looks alright, but if it isn't working for you, it may be time for a switch up. If that's 5 minutes total of stretches, a bit more may be required to have an effect. Increase slowly. If it's 5 minutes each way, then that may be too much, and the cause for the EQ drop, especially if they were very hard.

            If you like the squeezes, and want to try something different, see this alternative routine from Big Al;
            https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...e-routine.html

            Good luck, and feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

                  Well now I realize EQ is a million times more important than length. I'm going to take a deconditioning break and hope my eq returns. Can I do kegels in a decondition break? If so what is a good kegel routine, I don't want to over do it.
