    Hi guys,

I'm a 26 year old from the UK and as I'm sure you're all aware, I'm here in search for a better penis.

Currently I'm not sporting a big cock although I'm hoping that this year will change that.

I've messed around with penis pumps and extenders before without any joy. I first bought a vacuum pump about 3 years ago but being naive I bought a cheap and nasty one from a sex store. It was useless as it didn't have a gauge and the routine within the instructions was virtually impossible to acheive if you're an active guy and in full time employment. I then bough a better version, it had 2 tubes, a gauge and I found some half-decent advice on how to use it. I started with a low suction and it seemed to help but I didn't like the 'swollen' look that it was giving me and prolonged use gave me erection problems. I then recently bought myself an extender (traction device), what a waste of money that was, I used it twice and gave up.

I've had a few problems with erections, I think that they're due to masturbating too often when I was younger and maybe getting too much action now. I don't think it's anything to worry about, it's only on the odd occasion that it happens and put it down to a combination of stress and sexual exhaustion.

Anyway, that's my story so far.... now I'm giving PE a try. I've got myself a small routine that I've just started on New Years Eve, it's basic and consists of a lengthy warm-up which is always 10+ minutes, followed by some stretches coupled with Kegels and then 10 minutes of Jelquing which I split into 3 stages, 3-4 minutes of normal jelqing, 2 minutes of V Jelqing and then finish with normal jelqing and then I keep my penis warm for a further 10+ minutes. I haven't decided on which days I'm going to have off yet, I don't want to work myself too hard so I was considering a 4 on and 2 off cycle to begin with. Does this sound ok? So far it feels good, it looks slightly larger while flaccid and there are no marks/blemishes and I've not felt any pain or discomfort.

Thanks for reading and I'd like to say that the forum looks great.

    Cheers,
    Predator.

P.S: I would add my stats but I haven't measured recently and I'm also a little embarassed. I will do it soon so that I can monitor progress.

No need to be embarrassed. You are on the first step to self improvement. Now you just need dedication. 4 on 2 off might be too much, 2 on 1 off is usually recommended so that you have more frequent breaks. The breaks are when you give it time to repair, and the improvements are solidified.
    Started Dec 2009: BPEL 6.25 EG 4.50 BPFSL 7.0
    Top Feb 2010: BPEL 7.15 EG 4.50 BPFSL 7.45
Current Nov 2013: BPEL 7.0 EG 4.5 BPFSL 7.3 (I stopped in summer 2010, starting up again)

Welcome to the forum, Predator! It sounds like an excellent beginning routine. I'm all for a long 15 to 20 minute warm-up. Other than that, I think you're off to a great start!

Best of luck! Happy New Year!

Thanks for the input. I'll try my 4 0n 2 off and see how I feel. I'm looking and feeling fine at the moment, tonight will be my 4th session so I'll then have 2 days to rest which at the moment fits in nicely with my work/social life.

I'm not entirely new to PE, I've just never had a routine and stuck to it.

I had a quick measure last night and I'm approx 6.5BPEL and the girth is a little over 5 inches. I need a better ruler though, this current one isn't great and I'm not very good at measuring in imperial (inches) as in the UK we use the metric system.

You can convert cm to inches by going to google.com and typing out like "30 cm in inches". Some people here use cm instead (which is a better system really.) I just use inches because that's how I normally think about it.

Good luck sticking to the routine!

That's a very good questions it isn't branded. It looks identical to this and it's crap: ViMax Extender

Thanks, I'll probably convert the measurements, it'll be much easier for me to and it's not as though I have to measure very often.

How often should I measure, once a month?
