    So these days I'm under a lot of stress and this definitely affects me physically. My EQ ranges as follows: BPEL: 7-7.2" and MEG:5.75-5.9"-depending on the day. I'm wondering if you guys can share some of your favourite ways to increase EQ. A the moment I am doing sets of RKs 10*5 and K for 5*5, every other day, and edging. Thanks.
    BPEL: 6.5 6.6 6.7 6.8 6.9 7.0 7.1 7.2 7.3 7.4 7.5 7.6 7.7 7.8 7.9 8.0
    MEG: 5.7 5.8 5.9 6 (depends on the EQ)

    3-Year Goal: L:8, G: 6.0

      It might help to start with managing the negatives. Are you doing what you can to mitigate stress?

        I'm moving to a different country in a week so I expect for things to settle down in about 2-3 weeks so it's a matter of time. I can add meditation to my routine to help. Thanks Big Al.
