I am familiar with pegym for almost 7 months now. I started learning about it back in January of this year. I was excited about this but failed to keep myself motivated or focused. I figured out the reason and I am going to do my best to not make the same mistakes again! Let me explain my background.
I am almost 25 years old. I am 5'7'' and perfectly healthy. My penis stats are: Flaccid: 3.5(L),3.8(G); Erect: 5.7(L), 4.6(G). Erection quality is really bad. I don't have any sexual activity going on other than occasional masturbation. I want to have better flaccid length (as my username says, I am not comfortable with my flaccid length) and better erection quality.
Now, the reason I lapsed. Number one was, surprise surprise: porn! I used to watch a lot of porn. It not only affected my sexual activity but daily life as well. I guess I don't need to explain in detail as I can be an example of how porn can affect you every way possible. Anyway, lately I have been trying to improve myself, not just sexual aspect of it but life in general. I stopped watching porn. In July, I have seen some porn materials on only 2 occasions but didn't masturbate to it. I know, I am more stronger than ever. My overall life has improved quite a lot. I am getting better at social situations. Even though I didn't get laid, I am more confident than ever!
Second reason was the lack of motivation to do the hard work. I know PE is a long term project. I am more than willing to put the hard work into it. But as it happens, over time you get relaxed about it and everything seems to fall apart. I guess, porn also had something to do with it. Now, that I am pretty confident that porn is not going be a factor, I would like all the advice from this awesome community to keep myself on track!
I am going to start with JP90. I am going to research more and try to improve my chance of success. Along the initial preparation, what other exercises should I consider? Let me point out that, I am also considering any kind of device, as the nature of my works allows me to be alone for a better period of my time which is not going last forever. So, I want to capitalize on my opportunities.
