  • New Member Intro; PE Really Does Work

    I'm new to this website as far as being a member is concerned but I have visited it many times for information and ways to better my personal routine. Believe me when I say it but PE really does work. No two people are the same so what works for me might not work for you the key to making gains is pay attention to your body. When i first went through puberty I had 8" I'm now currently 9 1/2 thanks to PE and proper nutrition. I like to edge when I get the urge to masturbate and then throw in some balloning and jelqing to really stretch out the tissues inside of the penis. I've done PE on and off through out the years and always find myself trying to increase in size more and more just a personal obsession I suppose but currently working my way to 12" I know this may sound crazy but hey so does body builders that wanna get huge to someone that doesn't body build. I have images uploaded to this site so feel free to see for yourself but my most recent gains from 9" to 9 1/2-3/4 BPEL was from making sure to hit those kegels religiously as well as Jelqing. No pictures up of my gains after reaching 9 1/2-3/4 or 25cm but I do have images of mid-shaft girth as well as BPEL while I was still 9" with a tape measure will post update pics soon as I reach 10" BPEL.         Naw not gonna trip over it I'm gonna have a shotgun holster that I can keep it nicely tucked away in LOL Just Kidding but I believe images are allowed they even have a pictures section on this site so I dont see why not besides that they help to verify if someone is really getting results or just blowing smoke

          Totally agree, im new too, but pretty sure the penises cant be in the open section. Its a pretty snake though, so keep showing that progress for us stay motivated!

            Hopefully i dont get in trouble or anything for it but I'll be sure to keep the pics in my gallery and "The body achieves what mind conceives and the heart believes" and thank you, I tend to have an issue with feeling like it really isn't big enough(I know its big) so the only way I see to remedy this is by making it 12" well just about got only 2" to go before I'm there so wish me luck and best of wishes to you and your goals."Aim high, Miss low."

              Dick pictures are not allowed on threads and the same goes for your profile avatars. Change it or a moderator or admin will do it for you. The only area that allows dick pictures are in the photo albums area.

                You disobeyed all three rules, even after members told you to edit your mistakes. Next time you do this and I will personally ban you.

                Penis pictures are ONLY allowed in your picture album. If you want people to look at your dick, put your pics there and then you can put a link to them on the open forum so people don't have to look at your knob first thing in the morning, thank you.

                    Thank you mate.

                    We have plenty of information and routines on here to help you get to that 12 inches you want. It might take a few years though. Gaining 2.5 inches takes time! What type of routine are you on at the moment? Do you have girth goals too?

                      Then pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here choose JP90.

                      Your stats are already huge, I would focus on maintaining health and improving skills instead of increasing size, having so much to work with already, learning how to use it is a good idea, too large a penis can limit your options.


                      When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.

                      Starting a journal in the progress forum is a good idea, to track your progress and get feedback, also for motivation!

                      Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

                        I only have about 1/4 inch to go before i reach my target girth of 6" and as for length and girth exercises or a "routine" I will go for about a solid week of doing 3 jelqs a day before going into a recovery phase for 2 days. During the recovery phase I do edging/balloning. The first two jelq sessions are not long just something to keep the penis full of blood and pumped up. I'd say the time limit for the first two jelqs are 15-20mins and the 3rd jelq session is for 30mins+ the key is to not really tear the tissues per se but to gradually stretch them and still be able to do PE without running the risk of damage being done to your "member". Penis massage is something I love to do as well in order to flood the tissues in the penis with fresh nutrient dense blood. I do this by taking either vitamins and minerals or just by eating some fruits and vegetables any where from 15-30mins before hand.

                        For an increase in length I do penis weights throughout days that I skip out or am to lazy to jelq insuring that the ligaments get a good stretch hence my low erection angle and i do Kegels every single day regardless of what other exercises I do and even kegel during PE to increase the amount of blood while jelqing, balloning, and edging and to work the PC and BC muscles more while weight hanging or penis stretching.

                        My kegel routine is whenever and where ever kinda like doing push-ups to get a pump in your pecs. As kegel strength has increased you are able to do more before feeling muscle fatigue once that occurs I still do kegels just not at the same intensity.

                          Yes I know it can limit my options but thats what certain positions are for as well as having a partner that is able to adjust to the size well and no worries I do plenty of kegels and research as well as practicing holding back from ejaculation while with a partner. Also I perform oral on my partner to ensure they are properly aroused with a body massage and lots of foreplay to raise her arousal level. If sex does become painful after we've been at it for awhile I'm fine with not ejaculating because I still have orgasms I just like to make sure they orgasm and or ejaculate. Haven't ran into any issue with finding someone that is up for the challenge but I have ran into some that aren't able to take the full length as well as girth but I have also found that there are women who can take it with no issues (most of the time women who have given birth or use toys regularly tend to be the ones that have no issue but either way I'm still happy and looking to make gains until I reach my target goal of 12x6.)
