Hello, my name is taylor and I'm new here!

I just did my first PE workout last night and I wanted to see if my workout plan was reasonable.

Ok I was thinking from what I've read here that I should try this workout:
    1.warm up
    2. 5-10 minutes stretches
    3. 5-10 minutes jelqing
    4. 10-15 minutes ballooning

I was thinking of doing this for about a month every other day, and adding some kegal exercises on off days.
So I was just looking for some input for something to make it more effective, or if it needs to be more or less intensive.

    Thanks for having me here!!

Hi there, you are including all the core exercises of a good program. You should have a day or so early on when you are resting everything, including the pc muscle. See how it goes and adjust your routine accordingly.

Also look at vjelq's when you get comfortable with your other techniques
