Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Thanks Not2, and others!
Youwanna hear a little background its kinda interesting--
I had gotten into pe a few years ago doing casual pe.
No results
Then had a serious pe streak involving hot water in tube pumping, was my first step.
Minimal results
I started to see gains after a few months of pumping and 2lbs of hanging weights.
I got to about 1\2 inch bpel increase
THEN I INJURED MY SELF. Going too hard doing too much in one workout.
Get this
After lig pain disappeared I began slowly began wearing COCK RING and "all day" hanging a metal weight again - to ease pe
When I started up pumping once, hanging once, and lots of heating p ad, I found my gains came immediately back and are climbing.
Typical day routine
Roll out of bed, put a rubber cock ring on boner ( to hold the morning wood and essentially warm up) not a real warm up I know.
I let erections come and go with the ring on
For the light hang I use some ace bandage wrapped around my glans and right below. I attach my steel ring from the hardware store with tape/string/ ace bandage to the wrap.
This wrap stays on and my unit gets stretched gently as it flops around in my jeans as I do my job. No more than three or so hours. And I have a physical construction job but I am uninhibited.
This is my gray area workout I can do before something strenuous like a real hang or pump. Or after a workout
Or as a active recovery day
Or as a rest day.
My point;
I have achieved nearly .75 inches bpel growth in three weeks with an average of only one good pump or hang session. AND the light/long hang technique.
The beauty of hanging light is:
It becomes what ever your body needs it to be at that particular time ( a warm up, a stretch, a deformative force, a active recovery, or even a rest )
Light weights are small and can be worn in public,
Very low risk for injury
The best part is you still can work in your real hanging sesh and you should do both
I would estimate I light hang every day, and do one max pump , or one heavier hang as well.
Lots of heat, and I drink a muscle shake right after I finish the workout.
I've found my sweet spot of fatigue and it really helps.
I also do a fair bit of clamping around base, and clamp over my "baseball bat " to put pressure on the lesser sized areas.
What ya think? Thanks!!
