I'm a new member, hello everyone! I've been lurking around PEGym for around two years now, however, I never actually joined or attempted penis exercises before. Tonight (it's really really late/early in the morning) I decided to just go ahead and join. I joined because I've always been extremely modest and laid-back in personality, and mostly I'm doing this for self-esteem purposes, but I also want to work to do PE so I can pleasure partners with even better results (such as lasting longer, etc).
I'm still doing a bit of research before I start a schedule and everything in terms of jelqing, etc. though I do have an end goal, so that's a start. So for a bit of time, I'll continue researching until I'm confident in a schedule that works for me. Some areas I need more research in than others, for example, my penis has a slight, horizontal bend, and no vertical curve, and I wish to straighten my penis and perhaps give it a bit of a vertical curve upwards, and I have no idea on how to do that. Having said that, I do have a few questions though that I can't find while skimming through the forums.
- Should you masturbate after jelqing sessions?
- I've read some people say that jelqing is better in the shower, and some people say not to do so and use natural lube only. What is the best thing to do in this case?
- The product "BathMate". I've been thinking about getting it. However, should I buy it and use it alongside learning how to use jelqing and other PE techniques as a beginner? Will it affect the inches I can gain, or should I use BathMate only when I reached a maximum amount of gained inches via jelqing?
- Is it even worth it to do any sort of penis exercise while having a bit of stomach fat? I'm not obese, but I do have a slight gut, and I already knew that losing that weight can help with at least length of the penis. So, should I lose that weight first before any PE?
- Which is generally harder to do (in terms of time and patience): Jelqs or Kegels? I notice that when I masturbate, I can edge, but I believe my PC muscles are lacking and sometimes no matter what I always go past the point of no return.
Apologies for so much questions on a first and welcome post. Haha I promise I've read as much stuff as I could find and locate (minus these questions obviously). Anyway... hello again! Hopefully I can learn a lot on PEGym, I look forward to being on here for a long time and perhaps having conversations with some of you. Ultimately, I plan to not start immediately (as said above), but I do wish to begin soon, so by the time the new year rolls in, and around late December of 2014, I'll have at least some changes down below.
