  • CoffeeMug's intro

Quick intro so everyone know's I'm not a bot, haha.

22 years old, tried PE beginner routine many moons ago but fell off the wagon even though I felt like I was improving.

I've been lurking on the forums the past few days because I'm ready to break new ground and begin a manual routine in combination with a device!!

Not going to give up this time, I've realized that this journey is a LONG one just like bodybuilding (another hobby I'm getting into).

I've got questions about ADS's, so I'll go off and post that in the appropriate thread.

Thanks to everyone posting their feedback/journey/tips & tricks. You guys made it possible for me to come back to the PE lifestyle with a new fury for gains

My life moto, 'No guts, no glory,' may need to be revised now.
            I appreciate the nuggets!

                Welcome to the Gym CoffeeMug!

Love the name...but then again, I love coffee, so that makes sense.

Start slow, and don't overwhelm yourself. You're correct, it's a long road, and best traveled one step at a time. But you can do it, just keep focused, and determined!

                Good luck to you!
