Hey guys, I've been searching the forum for a while and I'm ready to start pe. The reason I am starting is because I am currently unhappy with my penis size 5.4bpel by 4.2 meg. I am with a girl and plan to marry when I get out of college which will be 2.5 years. We have agreed not to have sex until then. I was wondering what I should be able to expect to see in that time frame. Idk what to make my goal what do you all think? I'd be happy with any noticeable increase and just don't know what to set for a goal. Any suggestions/ advice would be helpful thanks.

Don't miss this thread!!!
And if you haven't already done so, please READ THIS Thread, Maximize Your Success Here and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.
You have plenty of time to exercise and improve yourself, but do not be unhappy with your penis, it is a part of you, and it is you whom she is in love with and going to marry, do not let negative thoughts get to you!
Pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here choose JP90, start slow, and build up to the full routine over the period of a few weeks.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.
Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!

Welcome to the forums Deerkiller! Glad to have you here with us. Congratulations on the future engagement.
For the first 90 days, don't have any goals other than learning the exercises, your PI's, and conditioning yourself. Gains may or may not happen, but those other things are a basis to encourage growth later on.
In the beginning, you may notice some early EQ gains, but they slow down after that. If you want to be modest, 1/2 inch for the first year is an attainable goal.
A good place to start is by reading the beginner thread START HERE! It contains a lot of info to help you get going on a safe and successful journey, including safety info and tips for exercising properly.
Pick one of the beginner routines listed there, and read through it fully before attempting the exercises. The JP90 is always highly recommended, and has worked well for many.
Then, check out the stickys on the top of each forum, and the links in the blue bar at the top of the page. They all contain great information on whatever you might be interested in.
Of course, if you have any questions, or don't understand something, the great members here are always happy to help. Don't hesitate to jump right in, get involved, and ask away.
Best of luck to you. Stay safe, and patient.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Welcome to the Gym Deerkiller,
It largely depends on your routine, your body's growth rate, your diet to name a few. All things being equal, an inch or so in your first year is not out of the question. Set your goal then work towards it.
The main thing is not to rush it. PE is a process that requires patience. Along with persistence and consistentcy. Keep these principles in mind and gains will follow.
Good luck to you on your PE journey.

Hey Deerkiller!
Welcome to the Gym,
As they already said, patience and consistency is the secret to success. You have given yourself a nice time frame to make some decent gains. Not sure if your measurements are bone pressed or not but as you can see I started with a similar or smaller dick than yours and now enjoy a significantly larger one.
Take some accurate beginning measurements and photos because when your gains start to show up on your ruler your eyes will not perceive the gains.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

2.5 years is a good period of time to gain quite well. Some gain more than others and it will depend on your consistency and routine. I have gained 1.4 inches in length and 0.4 inches in girth in the space of 1.5 years. Gains are really slow now, so that is just one example of potential gains.
