  • Greetings.

Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself a bit.

I'm an 18 years old guy from Italy (excuse my grammar errors) and I would like to "fix" my willie down there.

First of all I'm overweight, I think it is the worst of my problems and it causes the majority of them, I'm going to work on it as soon as I can.

I joined this forum because, even though I am reading it occasionally since September, I can't really find answers to my questions, so I think it's time to ask them properly.

Thank you all for this amazing community and the support you already gave me answering other members' questions.

        to the Gym!

        Don't miss this thread!!!

And if you haven't already done so, please READ THIS Thread, Maximize Your Success Here and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

Pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here choose JP90, start slow, and build up to the full routine over the period of a few weeks.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Welcome Bloodbath! Glad to have you here with us!

Exercise and PE can really compliment one another. Not only for full body and sexual health, but also in confidence.

For PE, good place to start is by reading the beginner thread the others suggested. It contains a lot of info to help you get going on a safe and successful journey, including safety info and tips for exercising properly.

There's some good measuring info in that thread too.Make sure to take accurate measurements before starting, and maybe even reference photos if you like.

Pick one of the beginner routines listed there, and read through it fully before attempting the exercises. The JP90 is always highly recommended, and has worked well for many.

Of course, if you have any questions, or don't understand something, the great members here are always happy to help. Don't hesitate to jump right in and get involved. Feel free to ask here, start a thread, or start a log in our Progress Forum.

Best of luck to you. Stay safe, and patient.

            Welcome aboard!

We were all new to this once and had many questions. So go ahead and ask questions, the members here are very helpful. This place and it's members are a wealth of information.

Loosing weight is always a good thing, for health as well as self image. I lost 50 lbs myself about 1 1/2 years ago and it feels great! Besides that if you loose some of the fat pad around your penis it makes it look bigger.

You have been given some sound advice as good links above so read up. PE does work, but you will need dedication, consistency and patience. it will not happen overnight, it takes time.

Good luck and always PE safely.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.
