    Welcome aboard!

PE is a great way to help with EQ and overall penis health. Your size goals are reasonable, but it will take time. Girth is usually the hardest to gain. PE does work, but it won't happen overnight. You will need to be dedicated, consiseant and patient. A great place to start is herehttps://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html. There is a lot of information there to get you started. There is also a great bunch of members here to help you out. So do some reading, ask question and join in.

Good luck and always PE safely.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

      to the Gym!

      Don't miss this thread!!!

And if you haven't already done so, please READ THIS Thread, Maximize Your Success Here and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Good luck on your PE journey, PE safely!

        Welcome as well.
Cav and MrBB already gave some great starting links and advice which will do you well to apply to yourself in gaining successfully and getting a better EQ and even better prostate health.

I will only add one thing is that given it is harder to gain in girth that you reset your goals to something like 7.5x5.25 and update it once you achieved it which will allievate any pressure on yourself not to fall into bad habits trying it too fast resulting in injuries. Also, conditioning is your friend.
        Begin 7/25/2011:
        NBPEL 7, BPEL 7.2, MEG 5.6, BEG 6

        Current 12/05/2014:
        FL 5.25, FG 5.2
        NBPEL 7.8, BPEL 8.1, UEG 5.75, MEG 6.25, BEG 6.7

        Long:
        UEG:MEG 6.5

Welcome to the gym dude. Its good to set goals and it will help you on your way, however, don't forget that the first few months of conditioning is very important before trying any advanced techniques. Remember, safety first!
