    Hello everyone. Just registered to this forum but I was lurking here for few days. I just want to say that info here has been very helpful (I love statistic threads).

    I'm 21 years old Economics student from Europe. My hobbies are working out (calisthenics to be exact, excercises with your own body mass, similiar to gymnastics) and I'm a semi-professional poker player. I'm also into reading science fiction books, my favourite author is Philip K. Dick.

    What brought me here? First of all I want to say that I had only one girlfriend in my life. I met her almost one year ago and we're still together. When we started going to bed I was stressed at first but soon it became very enjoyable. The breakthourgh came when I accidentaly looked into her facebook conversation with her best friend. They were talking about our first sex and about my penis size. My gf said it's average for her (she said exactly she would put it on 3rd place out of 5 other guys she slept with, and the size is OK). You would say "if it's okay for her then you shouldn't bother". But this doesn't apply to me, i'm a perfectionist, she means very much to me and I don't want to be just average, OK - size guy. I want to impress her... My current size is 6.1 in lenght and 4.7 in girth but I made only one measurment when I wasn't really horny so maybe it can be little bigger. Also I don't want to have pornstar penis, 7.5 lenght and everything over 5.5 in girth would be enough for me.

    I'm really pleased to join this cool community and hope to learn methods which bring me success.
    Also good luck to all of you guys, I know some of you might be in worse situation than me.

    Welcome to the Gym. Your goals sound realistic. If you want to avoid a porn star penis Dont shoot any pornos. You might consider stopping porn altogether as it is fake and not what you should be comparing your self to. Instead compare your self to you. Do PE for your self, be safe, and consistent and you will get there. Also there is danger of misunderstandings if you accident my look at your gf's messages to others. Maybe avoid that temptation as she is not trying to talk to you. Enjoy your journey.

      I got instant results from PE. The first time I did it my member got swollen more than ever later that day with my woman. Then I over trained and went backwards bc I didn't have the knowledge and support you get here. I took a break. Now I'm back on track. Mine doesn't look much different in the mirror but my EQ has been phenominal. It swells up bigger than it ever has during sex and leaves her quivering. So don't get too ambitious. When these guys talk about overtraining they aren't exaggerating. I'm 54 and I just want to be able to perform every time. PE has already done that for me.

        Welcome RunnerRunner! Nice to meet you, and glad to have you here with us.

        I'm sure we all understand wanting to improve ourselves. That's why we're here. However, realize that comment may have been a compliment in disguise. Talking you up to friends sexually may be risky business. After all, what if they're so intrigued that they want to know personally what the deal is?

        Either way, it's certainly not a put down, or sign of dissatisfaction. But if it motivates you to change for self, then go for it. Oh, and 7.5 x 5.5 is some pornstars size, but that doesn't make it a bad goal.

        A good place to start is by reading the beginner thread START HERE! It contains a lot of info to help you get going on a safe and successful journey, including safety info and tips for exercising properly. There's some good measuring info in that thread too.

        Pick one of the beginner routines listed there, and read through it fully before attempting the exercises. The JP90 is always highly recommended, and has worked well for many.

        Then, check out the stickys on the top of each forum, and the links in the blue bar at the top of the page. They all contain great information on whatever you might be interested in.

        Of course, if you have any questions, or don't understand something, the great members here are always happy to help. Don't hesitate to jump right in and get involved. Feel free to ask here, start a thread, or start a log in our Progress Forum.

          Thanks guys for the responses. As to temptation into spying i fought it, and i stopped doing this long time ago. I understand that's not fair because I don't show any trust to her. But still thanks to that I am aware that my size is just average and I can improve.
          Regarding the overtraining you mentioned mulkey I am aware of it. I'm actively working out so I know that too much is bad. Instead i like the minimalistic approach into the body exercises, I workout short, I do small amount of reps but I choose demanding excercises. That's why I'm interested more into PESG routine than JP, but still I haven't decided yet.

            Welcome to the gym! I would suggest you start by taking accurate measurements. The link mentioned by workin_4_it is the best place to start. I have read too many horror stories by newbies that overtrained and injured themselves.

            Start slow. I think JP90 is a good starting point for you. I just started JP90 and may eventually change to PESG once my 90 days are up. Good luck!

              I forgot to mention it on the first post. Guys I know that some PE exercises increase stamina. But my problem is that I don't want to increase my stamina any further. I have problems with delayed ejaculation. It's all because before I started going to bed I was only masturbating and this brought me to point that sometimes I can have sex with her endlessly (also I trained kegels before i found this here) and I can only ejaculate when she's using her hand or with oral sex. I'm working on it, stopped masturbating and it somehow helped but I'm really concerned about those PE excercises that they will bring problem again.

                There are no requirements to do stamina excercizes. Those are for us that want to last longer. Dont use the methods for goals that are not yours. PE routines are designed by you for you. The beginner routines are for conditioning your penis, and teaching your self about how your penis responds. Focus on safely developing a routine that meets your goals after you condition.

                  Regarding DE, balancing your pelvic floor will greatly help you, you can find more details in the following thread and the links within.

                  Poor masturbation habits are the probable cause for your DE issue, use a light grip and lube when you masturbate, and definitely quit watching porn if you do.

                    Welcome aboard!

                    If you are looking to increase you size then you have come to the right place. PE does work but it takes time, it won't happen overnight. You will need to be dedicated, consistent and patient. It sounds like you have these qualities. You have been given a lot great advice and there is much more to learn. So do plenty of reading, ask questions and join in.
