    Hi all,

    I am a guy in his early twenties ive only just discovered pe as I always thought the only way to get bigger was by operation. god I wish I found this site when I was 16!

    the reasons I want to start p.e is the fact ive always had no self confidence and my gf of 2 years left me 3 weeks ago because I couldn't satisfy her needs after trying everything oral and everything else just said she needed a bigger man... this has absolutely rocked my world and now I want to make a change for the better as I wish never to go through that again..
    I've been browsing this site since it happened and started a beginners routine but im finding time is against me..
    ive done some research on some of the extenders (The Phallosan Forte)

    what I would like to know is do these work in conjunction with jelqing and others??

    I feel like atm its all abit overwhelming but I really want this to work as it would be life changing for myself.
    I ask for perspective as well as advice on how to reach my goal.


    Here are my stats:
    Flaccid length: 2.8 inches
    BPEL 5.1 inches
    EG: 4.5 inches.

      Your penis is of average size, it is not small, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.

      I recommend you first condition your penis by following a beginner's manual routine for at least 90 days or until you stop gaining - whichever comes last. Most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload!


      Starting a journal in the progress forum is a good idea, to track your progress and get feedback, also for motivation!

      Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

      Stamina exercises contribute to EQ, penile health and gains, I suggest you read through the Premature Ejaculation Forum and follow a balanced regular and reverse kegels routine for optimum pelvic floor health and conditioning, as well as practice Edging for more stamina and control.

        Hey uknowho!

        Welcome to the Gym.

        Yes, Phallosan and manual exercises compliment each other. Best to condition your dick first but no harm if you use the Phallosan at a low level of tension for a few months and slowly increase the tensio. Over a number of weeks, but back off if you experience any negative PIs.

            Welcome aboard!

            I would highly recommend that you start with a beginner's routine like JP90. This will allow you to do two things. First it will allow you to condition your penis for more advanced routines and secondly it will give you the time to research and educate yourself on PE. There is much to learn and knowledge is key to your success. MrB8 has given you some good links to get started. There is a wealth of information here as well as a bunch of great member always willing to help.

            It can't be easy hearing that from a girl you've been in a long term relationship with. If the size of your penis was the real problem for her I don't think the relationship would have lasted much beyond the first couple of sexual encounters. The fact of the matter is that you have been able to satisfy her in the past. There is something else I believed has changed for her. I don't know what it could be, but don't beat yourself up over it.

            The good news is that you can increase your size as well as improve your confidence. You have come to the right place. Do some reading, ask some questions and join in.

              Yup, I have had great success combining phallosan and a jelqing/stretching routine. Have a look at the phallosan tips thread in my signature or my log. You might want to do a manual routine by itself first though, just to make sure you like PE and will keep it on, instead of forking out money on a device that you don't want to wear/don't have time to.

                Hiya uknowho and welcome to the forums!

                First and foremost, it takes two to make a sexual relationship successful; the responsibility should never fall solely on one partner or the other. No one is a mind reader, so if something is not working, couples need to communicate that to one another otherwise how can it get remedied?

                Frankly, as your current size is more than enough to sexually satisfy a woman, I highly doubt that was the real issue anyway.

                Now regarding PE, the guys have offered some great advice and links so I also wanted to let you know that that should you require it, there are also some helpful and supportive ladies available on the forum as well. We can often be located in the following forums:

                  Not much I can add to the great advice above. I agree, your size is more than capable, and after two years, would find it hard to believe it was all of a sudden unsatisfactory.

                  Don't let the comments or opinions of one, change your view of yourself, or the others. It was simply a hurtful excuse to end things, that alleviated her of any responsibility.

                  PE for confidence, for health, and yes, even size for your own satisfaction. But you are you, no matter what size, and that's a great thing to be! Remember that!

                    thanks a lot guys there's a lot of good reading to be done now looking forwed to getting stuck into it and start my journey in pe
                    thank you all the kind words guys defiantly going through a rough patch but I believe focusing on pe and the gym and all the positives will get me through.
