  • Another Old Newbie!

    Hi All, I'm a 45-year-old wishing I had discovered all this info about 20 years ago! Nevertheless I'm excited about starting off the new year with a solid routine and hoping to see some solid results by the end of it. I've been lurking and reading for weeks but have finally decided to have a go at it. I'll try to get my starting measurements posted soon.

    A bit of background: I've always liked my penis but I've wished I had an inch more in either direction. I think my wife would enjoy it too; we look at a lot of porn together and we both enjoy the visual esthetic of a big cock! Performance-wise, I'm hoping that edging and kegels can help me have more control over when I ejaculate.

    A couple questions off the bat, if I may:
    1) can anyone recommend a good mobile (iOS) app for tracking my workouts and progress?
    2) I'm also interested in ball-stretching, and I enjoy tugging on my balls during masturbation and edging. Can this have a positive or negative impact on my PE progress or stamina?
    3) I'm a family man, and while my wife is cool with it all, I'd like to keep the routine and tools hidden from my pre-teen kids. Any advice?

    And if you haven't already done so, please READ THIS Thread, Maximize Your Success Here and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

    Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time.

    Some members keep a shoebox in their bathroom containing their PE kit, you do not really need to use devices to gain, manual exercises do yield in great gains, use a heating pad or a rice sock for warming up, both can be stored anywhere and are discrete to use.

    Ball stretching will not affect your workouts and can be done alongside with PE if you want.

    I am not aware of iOS software to track your workouts, but I am sure someone will chime in shortly with advice.

    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

      Welcome to the gym A_Apples!

      Ease your way into things, aim for good EQ and healthy equipment and gains will follow, doing too much too soon isn't advisable! Follow MrB8's links and pay attention to your PI's and you won't go far wrong.

        I hide my PE equipment in my bedroom. If the kids find it they were smart enough not to tell me that they had been snooping in my stuff. I never had PE equipment when they were young. As for pulling on your scrotum, I don't see any reason not to. I have one pump cylinder that is big enough around that my penis and balls go in at the same time with no problem. As long as I don't over do the pressure. So I would caution you not to pull too hard, but that is true for the penis also. Enjoy your journey

                  MrB8 has provided you with some great links to get you started. Do some reading and don't hesitate to ask any questions. A manual routine like JP90 is a great way to get started before purchasing any devices. PE does work, but you will need to be dedicated, consistent and patient. Your setting realistic goals of seeing gains by the end of the year, instead of a couple of months, is very smart. Many people set themselves up for failure by expecting to much to soon.

                        Hello A_Apples, and welcome!

                        Not sure of any apps available for mobile, though a good general workout app may be modified to fit your needs. Other than that, a log in our Progress forum may also serve that purpose well.

                        Ball stretching won't affect your PE or stamina, but it would be advised to do this exercise by itself, and not while doing others, just for safety.

                        As others have said, a small, solid colored plastic tote would work well for holding any PE gear. If it's minimal, then even a small bag that could be stored under the bed, or in a drawer would work well, and could be brought into the shower inconspicuously.
