  • Back Again

Long story short, back in September after just a few weeks of PEing I felt that maybe I was injured (tad harder to get up, no morning wood, not nearly as hard - but no reduction in size). During that time I was busy with classes and my size didn't come to mind too much. However, come this December, the weather got colder and I noticed my flaccid hang being smaller. Immediately, self-confidence issues have returned since then and I find myself going in front of the mirror and getting erect to check my size. It's becoming an obsession again and I really just feel like shit. Throughout all this time I would do random stretching (ex. when I was on the toilet), however length hasn't really increased during this time and I feel I've reached my limit on newbie gains and now length gains are getting harder to come by.

So now I've decided to start PEing again (for length but mainly girth). About two weeks ago I started with a 6 min warm up - 30 jelqs (increase by 5 every week) then v-jelqs (amount is half of regular jelqs), then i do some 5 min stretching and then a 6-8 min warm down. I also do 2 min of front kegels/2 min of reverse kegels 2-3 times a week. Is this an alright routine for a beginner? Haven't really seen any positive PI's...This is really frustrating.

I am sorry for your frustration. I suggest you get hold of your emotions and thoughts most of all. Being in a hurry can cause you to injure your penis. Please relax, and start telling your self how God you are and how much you love your penis. If you start giving your self positive you will receive positive. Slowly, and safely continue you PE. This is a long term program, and I think you have a fine routine. Get the mental PE part down and you will enjoy the results.

Welcome back to the forums chunk639

Frustration is understandable especially if there has been a prolonged interruption to your routine. As N2B suggested, perhaps a review is in order. Also, if you haven't done so already, you may want to start a log in the progress forum. Doing so will enable to to track your results as well as help keep you motivated. It also enables fellow members a place to offer their insight and support.

            Welcome back Chunk!

Hope the injury is all good now, and you have a better experience this time around.

Routine sounds good. Give the PI's some time. Starting low and slow is a good, safe approach. Stay consistent, and the positive effects will show up in time.

            Best of luck to you!

                    Welcome back chunk639!

I would suggest starting slowly since you have not done PE in some time.

I would not advice you to start obsession about PE just keep performing the exercises and enjoy the journey while you reap of the benefits.

Keep believing in yourself and your success with PE.

Read all the beginner stickies and keep educating yourself on the subject of PE it is really important to know what your doing since your at the end of the day dealing with your own penis.

Stay consistent with your routine while following your Physiological indicators so you will not be overtraining.
