Hello all! I'm about 6 weeks into a newbie program and just thought I should make it official by posting. Great site!! This is the best site of it's kind that I have found. Everybody seems to be very helpful. I've already learned more about PE than I thought there was to know! I've decided to commit to a program, and once I commit to something I stick with it. I'm looking forward to the journey.

          to the Gym!

          Don't miss this thread!!!

And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

            Welcome to Pegym!

JP90 is a really good beginner program I and many others have started their journey with it.

            https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html

Keep believing in yourself and your success with PE.

Read all the beginner stickies and keep educating yourself on the subject of PE it is really important to know what your doing since your at the end of the day dealing with your own penis.

Stay consistent with your routine while following your Physiological indicators so you will not be overtraining.

To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

That's a great program. I did the same as you, started JP90 and made an account after I had been doing it for a while. You should start a log in the progress forum to help yourself stay dedicated and help yourself and others figure out what works and doesn't work!

Thanks for the encouragement, guys. I do intend to start a progress log very soon. There is a wealth of knowledge and information to be found here on the forums, especially the stickies. I've spent a lot of time reading and re-reading in an attempt to get educated. I know I will have questions as I go along and it is very re-assuring to know that I am in the best possible place to get answers! Thanks again! "In it for the long haul."

Some other info that may be pertinent to potential progress: 52 years of age. Married (30 years). Not a very strong sex-life due to wife having some health issues. 6'1" in height. 230lbs. I want my gear to be proportionate to the rest of me!

Just follow the program and don't get carried away. I was sidelined for almost a month because I was going at it too hard. Be patient and it will payoff.
