Hello everyone...
I am new to the PE Gym but not PE itself. I first discovered PE back in 2008 and started a routine with some noticeable improvements/gains but was unable to keep up with it due to life getting in the way. Even though I haven't followed any formal routine since early 2009, I still occasionally and randomly do a few stretches from time to time and it DOES help.
A little more history...
I am currently 45 (46 in 1 day - Feb 17th). When I was younger, I had a rock-solid 6.25" that even though I was a quick shooter, it never failed to rise to the occasion with no problem. Over the years, time, cigarettes, weight gain and stress have taken away some of my size. YES, if you don't take care of your penis, it WILL shrink as you get older!! I was living proof of that!
At the point I started doing PE in 2008, I was only 5.5" BPEL and that was embarrassing! Add to that I started having occasional problems with getting or keeping it hard when I WANTED it to be. That is what caused me to start researching penis enlargement techniques and I stumbled upon a PE forum (think it was "Matters of Size") and started reading. Shortly after, I began a mild routine of stretches and jelqing. Within a month I noticed much firmer erections and a healthier looking penis. I also... or actually my wife... noticed I was starting to hit some spots better during sex. At that point, I had regained about 1/4" and was a little thicker. Unfortunately, I didn't do a measurement at the time I stopped my regular routine but there is no doubt I was gaining in length and girth. I can't help but wonder where I would be now if I could have continued
As I mentioned before, I have occasionally and randomly found myself pulling at my little friend in stretching styles learned from PE. I believe it has helped me maintain a little of what I had regained but not all of it.
Now, I am back and plan to start a regular routine again in the next week or so. I first have to lay out some goals, get some supplies (oils, etc) and figure out when I can set aside regular time in my schedule to do it. I haven't measured yet but will before I start my first exorcise and I will add the starting numbers in my sig here.
