  • The old new guy lol

Hey people... I have become a member a few years ago but never really committed to getting a bigger penis. I have tinkered here and there but would like to be more serious.

I found the 90 day plan, any suggestions on what else I should read to get started. I plan on starting this Monday...
    Starting 2011: BPFSL: 7.00" BPEL: 6.75" EG: 5.1"
    Current BPFSL: 7.50" BPEL: 7.25" EG: 5.3"
    Ultimate BPFSL: 9.25" BPEL: 9.00" EG: 6.0"

    Welcome back!

    Read the threads on safety:

    https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html

Record accurate measurement (BPEL, NBPEL, MEG, BEG , UnderglansGirth, BPSFL) , and start a detailed log in the progress subforum!

Have a look at other logs, for example these guys have done a great job being consistent and adding a few details on how they felt everyday.

        Welcome aboard!

There are plenty of older guys here, myself included. It's never too late to start.

As mentioned above a good place to start is to do some reading in the START HERE thread that can be found at the top of the page. The JP90 is a great routine to start off with. Start off slow and gradually increase over time.

There is a lot to learn, so use your time during the JP90 to further educate yourself. There is a wealth of information here, do plenty of reading and don't hesitate to ask questions.

The key to being successful is to be dedicated, consistent and patient. PE does work, but it won't happen overnight. The rewards for putting in the time and effort are well worth it in the end.

Good luck and always PE safely.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

          Welcome back gemini666!

          Of course,
the Start Here thread Popol mentioned is always good to look over again. There's also some great info in the stickys on the top of each forum, and the links in the blue bar at the top of the page. They all contain great information on whatever you might be interested in.

Of course, if you have any questions, or don't understand something, the great members here are always happy to help. Ask here, start a thread, or start a log in our Progress Forum.

Good luck to you. Stay safe, and patient.

Hello everyone... Thanks for all the helpful comments!!!

One question... When doing the JP90 how important do you think the supplements suggested are for growth?

They are optional and you can gain well without them.

I would say the supplements are totally optional. Look in the chemical PE threads for more information if you are interested. Safety, consistency, and patience are the most important. Enjoy your journey.

Over the past two years I have gained 3/4 of an inch in length and roughly 1/4 in girth. It has been a slow and unsteady progression but enjoyable. My EQ has improved and my realization of size matters has been cemented. It doesnt matter all that much. This site has a wealth of info as i leaned my length gains will be difficult because my BPEL was actually longer than my BPFSL for the longest time. But I kept at it and now my BPFSL is 1/8 of an inchlonger than my BPEL.
                      start PE on 2/4/13 - BPEL 6 7/8
                      March 2014 - 7 3/8 BPEL, girth 5 1/8 mid
                      Feb 2015 - 7 9/16 BPEL, girth 5 1/4 mid
