    Hello forum

    I have been reading a little bit about jelqing and PE techniques for a few months... I'm a complete newbie to the concept.

    I didn't know it was possible. When I found out then I decided to give it a try just because why not?

    I'm 7x5.25... I have had problems in the past staying fully erect, I don't know why. I'm in my 20s.

    But since I started jelqing in the shower almost daily I notice the quality of erection has gone up, maybe a very slight size increase but I couldn't tell to be honest.

    Here is a pic of where I'm at currently.

    I warm up by staying in the hot shower and cleaning off. When I'm done then I use conditioner as lube and do the helicopter twirl thing for 40-60 seconds at a decent pace for a warmup.

    Then I do the jelqing like 10 times in different directions.

    I figure this is starting slow, I pretty much don't know what I'm doing but I am sure I'm not injuring myself because I'm careful and it hasn't had a problem yet.

    And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

    If by any chance you watch porn, quitting will greatly help your EQ and prevent other related problems.

    PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.

    Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.



    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

      Welcome and good luck! I'd be careful using conditioner for lube, I've read some accounts of it chemically burning people when used on "sensitive areas" for an extended period of time. If you don't want to use a commercial lube, try searching on the forum for EVO - essential vein oil. I just use almond oil which works great for me (I know some others use it) it also makes a great massage oil.

        That's good advice.

        Is it okay if I warm up in the hot shower instead of using a hot towel wrap?

        I figure

        Warm up by washing in a hot shower... then when I'm done rinsing off I will begin PE:

        warm up > helicopter > jelq > VJelq > jelq > VJelq > jelq > helicopter > warm down

        Is that right?

          - Warm up for 8 to 10 minutes.

          - Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
          - Hold a stretch downwards for the count of 25 kegels.
          - Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
          - Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
          - Hold a stretch upwards for the count of 25 kegels.
          - Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.

            Yeah that's fine as long as it's hot enough. I usually use the shower as my warm down because it is also helpful for getting the oil off. I like using a rice sock for my warmup, but to each their own. If you don't have a detachable shower head, and even if you do, try cupping your hands under your penis so water will collect all around it, if you're facing the water stream it will be constantly refilled with hot water. Works really well for me, especially when the water is too hot to put it directly on my penis. That routine looks pretty good, are you doing the stretches too? Looks like what you're doing is based on JP90 which has worked for a lot of guys, I'd suggest starting it and doing the stretches as recommended but only doing a third of the jelqing (so the first set of each normal and V jelqs) for a couple weeks before adding the second in. Gains will come but you don't want to injure yourself or overtrain!

              I will try this for a while.

              phoenix09 I've been doing what you said for the past month, I have been doing like 50 reps instead of 150. I think I will try increasing now and see what happens.

              I have not been doing the stretches as much as is recommended, I do the helicopter and then go straight into jelqing.

              I haven't seen any injury or weird stuff happening, I have noticed my EQ is very nice though,

                Better EQ is what I call GAINING. Good job, keep going with the safety first mentality. Warming up with running water is fine. Another advantage is your cupped hands will keep the hot water off your testicles. Warm is good for the penis but too much warm can harm sperm. Coconut oil is great, but when you are all done and out of the shower run straight hit water for a minute to rinse the oil out of your pipes. Keep up the good work.

                    Thanks again, everyone has been helpful and welcoming.

                    Is it enough to do these exercises daily? Should I take a break like every other day or 5 days on then rest for the weekend sort of deal?

                    Or is it safe and effective to do it every day consecutively? The sky is the limit?

                      The JP90 calls for 5 days on 2 days off, but I think that is pretty aggressive. I counsel to start with half the reps and 2 days on one day off to start with. Then each week slowly add until you are doing the whole routine. If you start slowly and add slowly you are able to monitor your PIs and add as your penis responds. I always think you should start easy and add so you avoid injury. Some tolerate the JP90 right from the start, but others find it too intense. So if you start with less and add slowly soon you are doing the whole program and have learned how your penis responds.

                        Welcome aboard!

                        As mentioned above a good place to start is to do some reading in the START HERE thread that can be found at the top of the page. The JP90 is a great routine to start off with for most beginners. Start off slow and gradually increase over time.

                        There is a lot to learn, so use your time during the JP90 to further educate yourself. There is a wealth of information here, do plenty of reading and don't hesitate to ask questions.

                        The key to being successful is to be dedicated, consistent and patient. PE does work, but it won't happen overnight. The rewards for putting in the time and effort are well worth it in the end.

                            Starting low and slow is a safe way to introduce yourself to the exercises, and get used to the technique. Good move.

                            Keep an eye on PI's and EQ as you move up.
