  • Hello!

    Hello all!

Over the last few years I have sporadically practiced PE, attempted the JP90 a few times, but never lasted more than 10 sessions before getting lazy! Although, even through this, I did benefit from PE in terms of erection quality and some serious morning wood.

My goal is simply to make PE part of my routine, and to do it regularly, like going to the gym or to work! In terms of gains I would like to add an inch of girth and two to the erect length of my penis (Currently 4" erect girth and 5.5" erect length). This time, I plan to start a progress log to help me succeed in not giving up and ensuring I make time for this activity.

If anybody else has also had difficulty integrating PE into their daily routine and managed to, please give me some ideas/advice on how to do this discreetly!

My circumstances are, I currently work around 60 hours a week (Monday to Saturday), live in a house and share a bathroom with 4 other people (very little privacy).

I look forward to any responses and feedback.

    Thanks,
    Claus

Shower is a good place for a short routine, that's where I was doing it.
Be careful!! Its easy to mess up your unit without even realising, that's what I'm going through.. Take it easy, and always play it safe.. Its a terrible feeling having an injury and it plays with your mind.. Not trying to scare you, well maybe a little bit just do lots of reading up before you go into it..
    Good luck

I feel your troubles there, I'm also live in the house with 8 people around and the privacy of my room is not strong. I always wake up earlier when all of them are asleep so I have a free time to use the bathroom whenever I want. A simple stretching and a few jelqs is enough when the privacy is your main concern.

Best of luck and have a safe PE journey!

Welcome claus! Nice to meet you, and glad to have you here with us. Thanks for taking a moment to introduce yourself.

Always good to revisit the beginner thread START HERE! .

Incorporating PE into daily routines is good so that it is not a burden. If it's forced, it may become more of a have to, than a want to, and that will affect motivation.

A heating pad can be used in the room for privacy, and dry jelqs can help the need for less cleanup.

Get a set schedule down when it's easiest. Early in the morning, or late before bed. Then keep a log, and stick to it.

Best of luck to you. Stay safe, and patient.

          Welcome aboard!

I can see where your work schedule and privacy issues can make it difficult. You can split your routine into different times if that might help. You can do stretching in the morning and jelqing at night or anyway that will work for you. The most important thing is to be dedicated.

Good luck and always PE safely.

Maybe consider getting an extender if you don't have much time to do your PE/privacy?

              Hey Guys,

I ended up ordering a heating pad, it should arrive tomorrow!
Initially I think I will PE before bed, and if needed split workouts up into stretching and jelqing sessions. At first, I will only train on alternate days as it has been quite a while since I last did anything!

I am considering investing in an extender, maybe a few months down the road depending on how all goes with the manual exercises.

Thanks for all the advice and kind words.

                  Welcome to the gym claus!

The log is a good idea, you can feel like your cheating it by not updating, so it can give you a kick in the ass to do your routine and update!

                  Good luck bro, stay safe!
