Hello all!
Over the last few years I have sporadically practiced PE, attempted the JP90 a few times, but never lasted more than 10 sessions before getting lazy! Although, even through this, I did benefit from PE in terms of erection quality and some serious morning wood.
My goal is simply to make PE part of my routine, and to do it regularly, like going to the gym or to work! In terms of gains I would like to add an inch of girth and two to the erect length of my penis (Currently 4" erect girth and 5.5" erect length). This time, I plan to start a progress log to help me succeed in not giving up and ensuring I make time for this activity.
If anybody else has also had difficulty integrating PE into their daily routine and managed to, please give me some ideas/advice on how to do this discreetly!
My circumstances are, I currently work around 60 hours a week (Monday to Saturday), live in a house and share a bathroom with 4 other people (very little privacy).
I look forward to any responses and feedback.
Thanks,
Claus
