    Hello to all. I just discovered this site and I thought I would do things a little differently than I normally do in life. As opposed to just trying to handle things on my own, I thought I would throw myself out there to the masses. We only get one dick and, now that I'm in my early 30s, I don't have years to waste before I become the man I want to be Just a warning, I've written a lot here. I doubt I will ever have this much to write again but if I'm going to do an intro I may as well do a damn good one

    My measurements are at the bottom and my main focuses here are, in order of importance:

    1. Reduce downward curve. I really need advice on a solution. My penis curves downward like a banana with no noticeable deviation left or right. I think its from a childhood bike riding injury but I can't feel any bumps or plaque. I've heard all the talk of a curve being helpful to hit the G spot but its never been a noticeable benefit to me. What has been noticeable is that its difficult to stay inside during certain positions, especially girl on top. This is a big problem because when a girl really tries to get going and I pop out, breaking my dick is a legit concern.

    2. Eliminate porn. I don't know if this forum speaks much on this topic. It's not a religious thing for me. It's about maintaining proper dopamine levels and a quality brain/penis connection. I'm not addicted per the definition but it's been part of my routine for far too long.

    3. Overall health. I take my health and fitness seriously yet I've neglected my penis health for years. I'm committed to making a change.

    4. Increase girth. We all wanna be filling and fulfilling am I right?

    5. Reduce subconscious anxiety. Got out of a 5 year relationship a year ago during which I had no ED issues. Now, when I date a new girl, I can't always perform. It sucks.

    Current experience level:
    I started jelqing about 2 months ago after reading about it on good looking loser. Also, I bought a bathmate and started using it about a week ago. I've been taking things slowly and I feel like I've already noticed a difference from both of these. I'm more in touch with my dick and my erections are feeling stronger. I'm also trying to jelq against my curve but I'm having trouble getting the hang of it.
    I'm VERY open to suggestion from those who have advice on any of the topics I've shared. Also, if you want to ask me any questions, please do so. I'll try to respond in a timely manner. I've been looking through the forums which is what prompted me to intro myself. I'd like to help foster the atmosphere of teamwork and encouragement that I've already seen on this site and contribute in any way I can. We're all in this together!

    Nice starting stats. Have a look at the beginner's thread if you haven't already.
    Downward curve, I have a slight upward curve but not something I wish to get rid of. I do know that the exercises can be manipulated to cater for straightening curves, and there are specific routines, so you should have no problem.
    I'll get back to you some info.

      Thanks LLN! Nice stats to you too. I'll be interested to see how your goals are coming along. Upward curve seems like what most guys want. Aesthetically I'm actually ok with what I have, just not functionally. Thanks for the welcome!

            Welcome future sequoia. Thanks for joining us. The reboot away from porn will help you with your growth efforts. There is a group, and threads here called the AP90 it is a 90 day challenge to not use porn. Many go beyond the 90 day challenge and avoid porn permanently. I am a member, unfortunately I have had set backs. I still consider myself successful as I watch or access porn less and less. The retraining of your mind and getting the dopamine from contact with a real partner is excellent. I need to go for now, but I wanted to welcome you and encourage you on that point.                       Wishful: I'm glad to know there is such a group on here as AP90. Its definitely a lifelong commitment to me but I think setbacks are nearly unavoidable due to the nature of the modern world. So, lets keep it up!

                          Hope that you can get rid of that downward curve.
                          I just started here as well, and i think you might find more awnsers and exersises than you can possibly be thinking off.

                          Community is great and thats whats making the difference for me

                          Try starting a log so people with the same issue can read it back in the future and see how succesfull you were with certain exersises
