  • Hello

New here and just saying hi, I have jelqed for years and mostly gained length and I now want to focus on girth. Like my name says, my penis is quite skinny right now at 4.5 inches. I'm hoping to gain an inch in girth, if it's possible.

        Welcome aboard!

It sounds like you should be pretty well conditioned for advanced girth exercises, that's great. GeeMox has given you some great links to help get you started towards your girth goals. There is a lot of information that can be found here and as always, don't hesitate to ask any questions.

Good luck and always PE safely.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Start off with a light beginner workout such as JP90 or PESG to get yourself conditioned. Then look into things like ulis and squeezes, and clamping, AFTER the three months. Remember patience is key, especially if you don't want an injury.
