Hi and welcome! This is probably the best place to try anything related to penis enlargement. You'll have Mr.B8 come along and tell you some neat links and where to start.
All I'll say is read first. Read ALOT especially in the beginner forums. There are many sticky threads at the top of that forum and you should read all of them before doing anything. The JP90 is a good beginner routine, it is amongst the sticky threads in beginner forums.
Stay safe and watch your physiological indicators (PIs).Loves Bodyweight Exercises.

Good place to start is do some reading in the START HERE thread! lots of good info there that I'm sure will guide you on your PE journey.
Start slow and build up your routine overtime. Jelq with the erection level between 45% - 65%, used light moderate grip enough to move the blood up into the shaft and the glans.
Helpful Jelqing Information
Like suggested above give JP90 a try, most members here reported some good results but don't expect too much, remember this is your conditioning phase not your gaining phase and the result vary from person to person.
Keep your keen eye on your PI's, it will help you to determine if you're doing something wrong or right.
Physiological Indicators
Start a progress log to track your workouts, post your positive and negative experiences, gain motivation and receive feedback from other members.

I decided to moved your thread in Introduce Yourself Forum to get better response.
