    Hey Guys.

I have been a member of this forum and others for some time now, and it's about time I intoduced my self.
Well I did some PE round about this time last year but got bored with it, probably through lack of knowledge and over training.! but I have started doing it again, after reading more or less all the forums. [ There is so much information ] I think I have a better knowledge of it now, but still so much to learn. I have been doing PE again for 5 weeks now with a newbie routine I got off another site [ DLD newbie routine ] I am Thinking of swapping it for the newbie routine on here because of lack of morning wood, it seems too intense for a starter I think. Thanks..

I'm new here myself, but wanted to say welcome aboard.

I think one of the most important maxims preached here is the bit about not over-training. Ultimately, consider that you're exercising and tuning an extremely valuable, well, priceless, part of your body. Better to underplay it at first and subsequently build up to where you need to be rather than causing injury to the poor guy. It seems that after a few months you will start to get a feel of how you're responding to the degree of force/pressure you're applying and can adjust accordingly.

    Good luck, bro.
