  • Hey.

Hey guys, I'm completely new to PE in every way, I've been searching about it for a while, first came across it a year or 2 ago.

The thing that really got me motivated to actually start is when I noticed my girth decreased one day, I tried jelqing for like, 2 minutes then my girth came back. This happened again recently and the same thing happened when I started jelqing, I figured it was probably a circulatory problem but either way, I wanna give this a shot.

My starting stats are 6.2 inches bone pressed, 5.6 inches non bone pressed length. My girth is 5.6-5.8 inches depending on the erection.

My goals are to have 7 inches bone pressed, 6.5 inches non bone pressed, and to increase my girth to 6-6.5 inches. I'd like to know if these goals are acheivable and the time span it would take to aacheive these results.

Currently I'm doing 10 minutes of jelqing every other day with a 70-80% erection, I strongly believe the body needs time to heal, maybe I'm wrong - we'll see in the future if I need to increase the volume.

I have a slight worry about "turkey necking" being that I am uncircumsized, I currently use vaseline for lube and jelqing is my ONLY exercise. What other things can I do to stop "turkey necking" from happening or minimize it.

Thanks guys, great forum with a close community you have here, pleasure to be appart of it.

    Sloppy.

Hi Sloppy, while some conditioning is not a bad idea, I agree with Karl that you should move to a beginers routine.
Dicks can lose size through lack of use, this may be what happened to you.
You have good starting girth, I stoped girth work at 6" at my partners request.
      Your goals are achievable.

Your goals are very modest and hence well within your grasp. As pegasus said, dont go too insane on the girth, but length should be your focus I would have thought. You already have a starting girth that is better than most, so you are quite lucky.

Do JP's beginners routine, that should serve you well. It has all the elements you need

Thanks for the responses I've recieved so far guys, very encouraging. After doing a fair bit of reading up would I be correct in assuming a in a 3 month period a length gain or .25 - 1 inches would be reasonable (hopefully being around .5 if I'm lucky) and a girth gain of .15 - .5 (Hopefully being around .15 if I'm lucky). This is what I've gathered from an hour or 2 of reading threads by other members.

If these expecations are to little/much please could somebody correct me. I know you cannot determine the gains you make, some people don't gain for a while, some very fast. What would somebody say a gain I could expect within that 3 months and how quickly they would come, for an average guy.

Sloppy, we have found it is not a good idea to focus on how much you will gain in 3 months etc.
Begin the process and look back on gains.

Hi Sloppy - I'm also quite new and am uncircumcised. At the beginning you raised the question of turkey necking. I also have this problem but things seem to be improving now. If you search for 'turkey necking' you will find that there a many references to it throughout these threads and you should be able to find some good advice.

This is a wonderful approach to P.E. Without realizing it, that is how I started. I had no idea what to expect nor did I care if I gained. I just wanted my EQ's back. I think the fact that I had no goals length or girth wise, made them come easier.
