  • Tiny with bad hypospadias, PE is my last resort

    Hello everyone,

I was born with a severe hypospadias and had it corrected at a very young age, my urethra was reconstructed but still currently have a fistula underneath that makes peeing difficult, many scars, small penis, fat pad (although not fat, I weigh 150 lbs), and overall oddly shaped genitalia.

Recently, I talked to a very good urologist that specialize in urethral corrections to discuss my options, to see if there was any hope at fixing anything, appearance or function, and he basically told me that any attempted correction at this stage can make it worse, and I agree with him because I don't have much "tissue" down there that would support the correction. But he also said that no surgery will make me have bigger erections however he "could" try fixing my fistula but I had to be aware that the surgery might fail.

So I decided not to go with any other surgery ever again. The problem now is that it's not easy to live your life with what you've got with this size, I measure 4'' BPEL and 3'' NBPEL, it's also very thin (4'' at the base) and much thinner upper-shaft (3'').

I can live with the fistula, the scars, the chordee, the unusual appearance of my genitalia, the reduced fertility, but not the size, it is just too small for intercourse. If I am going to have a partner, at least I want to be able bang her once in a while like everyone.

So here I am, I joined this forum to give PE a shot and hope to gain something down there, I don't have big expectations, if I gain 1-2 inches in girth and length, it will be a huge confidence boost and stop worrying about this matter that bothers me to no end.

If you know about a user who had hypospadias corrective surgery and had success doing PE please provide me the thread link. Any other direction to make my journey start would be appreciated. Stay tuned

Hello Blake and thanks for joining us. In the START HERE button at the top of the page you will find a wealth of information to help you begin PE. Read about the beginner routines. Start one of the routines at half the reps, and slowly add until you are doing the full routine after about a month. Take it slow and safely. Use massage to loosen the scar tissue, and help stretch the other tissues. As you massage you will likely feel strings of tissue connecting to the scar and fistula. Work those gently apart. Use a good warm up technique before your routine. A rice sock or heating pad would probably be best. Warm your shaft, but not your scrotum. Not very hot. Stay safe, consistent, persistent, and patient and you will meet your goals.

hi blake100.... I recently posted in this section too. I am a father of a son who has mild hypospadias - he was circumcised at a young age to correct chordee. I notice that he is really quite thin at the base and his penis retracts very easily - it's like his base ligaments are too far up.

I am approaching this PE journey to hopefully assist him later on in life (he's 4.5 yrs now). I hope that you continue to be active and consistent with this forum as I for one, am praying for your success, both for you and also to give men with hypospadias issues the optimism of a normal or closer to normal penis. I wish you all the best.
