    I learned about jelqing back in university, but never kept it up for more than a week. Too time consuming and I was really quite skeptical anyways.

    This year I learned about foreskin restoration, and have been at that for about 2 months. I've accepted it'll be at least 2 years to get close to where I want to be there.

    About a month ago I came across these forums and did some more reading. Out of curiosity and wanting to prove to myself how well PE works, I decided to follow JP90 for 3 months as well. I don't feel inadequate with my size (plenty of other insecurities tho :P). I also realize any length gains mean more foreskin to grow, but that trade-off seems worth it.

    I don't think I'd want more than like 6" girth, for practical reasons with those petite girls, but having an "impressive" length would be fun and sexy regardless. 8x6 would be great, and 9x6 would be amazing, but only if the time and effort needed doesn't start to become excessive. JP90's routine at 5/7 days a week is manageable.

    Starting measurements ~ June 15 2015 (and for over 10 years):
    7" EL (7.5" BP)
    5.5" MEG

    If I get close to 7.5 x 5.75 by the end of September, I'd call that a success and look to continue. If it also helps with maintaining erections through position changes etc. that'd be a welcome bonus as well!

          Your starting stats are similar/slightly bigger then mine when I started, if you take time to get to know your body and condition your penis and figure out what exercises your body responds to the best you should be able to achieve the results you desire. Just FYI first 2 months I didn't gain anything but I did gain awesome EQ which gave me motivation to continue it wasn't till about 2-3 months into it where I figured out I was doing too much and laid off a little and gave my Penis time to breath when I finally saw growth. So just keep that in mind that its a marathon and not a sprint and you should be fine! GL to you!

                        I just wanted to follow up, as that's probably the most useful part for other people seeking info.

                        It's now been 3 months since I started JP90. I managed to stick pretty consistently to a 5/2 schedule and the routine as designed, missing 1 week due to illness, and 3 more days from travelling. EQ gains were the most noticeable result, starting within the first few weeks and making my previous "10" more like a 7 or 8 in how hard and dense it feels.

                        No girth gains, and about 0.25" length gain at my new "10" level, so I suspect that's just due to the EQ gain.

                        New stats:

                          As you found out -- consistency really is half of the battle when seeing results. Like any exercise program, you can't go at it sporadically and expect to see results. Of course, like any exercise program also - it can take time to see results.

                          The good news is PE is designed to increase blood flow to the penis, which helps with harder erections. This should help you with that bonus you're looking for. :-)
