Yeah, not a great way to introduce myself. Now that I am here though, I am a 22 yo male, having quite of an issue for over two months now, and given the fact that you seem a pretty tight community led me to believe that I could get some advice. (If it is the wrong place to post this, please tell me).
Long story short, two months ago I had sex with a girl (protection used), and after delaying ejaculation, and ultimately ejaculating, I took off the condom and I saw red spots on the skin of the penis (some of them bigger, other smaller). After two days they disappeared, but I saw that two pigmentation spots appeared, and even after one week they still didn't go away. Next I masturbated and the same cycle (red spots>red spots disappear>another small spot appeared).
Obviously I got scared so I went to the dermatologist and he recommended something, but unfortunately it did not work, the spots are still there. Reading around here and other places around the web I do not know if they are real pigmentation spots (like freckles, I have one on the penis since I was a kid), or if they are broken vessels/spots because of dry masturbation, or being too hard on it or something.
I really do not know what to do to prevent other spots, and what I would like most is to improve those that I already have. If you have any advice, please let me know. I could provide a pic, if that would help..
TL;DR: Spots appeared on P, do not know the source. (STD tested, nothing wrong there).
