Helloo
So I've been PEing with the help of Pegym for about 3 years, unfortunately only 4 months of that was probably regular. I completed JP90 then moved on to more advanced work, but didn't see any real gains until I started clamping. made a 0.25 inch gain in both length and girth, but I was very sporadic in my sessions.
Times have changed, I have an aim, and I'm gonna get there! My current girlfriend and I are pretty serious, and she knows and supports my PEing (sweet!). I was lucky to start out with some decent measurements, and when I met her I was at my current stats. But like they say, you do this for you, and you alone. And hey, if she enjoys it too, then well, that's just a bonus
I also just wanted to say thanks to the whole community, I've gained a lot of knowledge in PE over my two years of studying and making programmes, and I've incorporated a lot of it (including my own theories) in my Log. On the subject of programmes, its time for me to stop theorising, and start doing! ... hopefully, this programme is the first of many... the programme that never ends!
PE is definitely my addiction. its a journey, and I'm glad to be on it with all you guys!
And Check out my Log in my signature, would love to know what people thought.
