What's up everyone. I'm 28 and have been lurking PE forums for a while now, but finally decided the time was right to take the plunge and see if I could achieve some modest gains and lock them in. In hindsight I should have started this journey a few years ago when I first looked into it, but I prioritized some weight loss (about 100lbs) over this.

I'm currently 6" long and 4.5" thick when erect, and I'm really only looking to add an inch in length and about a half inch in girth. Beyond that, I want to cement my gains so they're permanent. I want to do it as safe as possible, and I'm not really interested in devices or hanging unless it's absolutely necessary to see gains, which I don't think it is considering my goals. I plan to start with the JP90 routine, that seems to be what everyone suggests for a beginners route and go from there.

I'll probably start it 3-4x a week, same as my lifting schedule, to see how I handle it and adjust from there. I'm hoping to hit my goals, but if not at least I tried. Look forward to being part of the forums.

Hi DoYouEven, and welcome. Congrats on the weight loss and if you dedicate yourself to the programs described in here the way you have to your diet and exercise, you should see some gains and hopefully reach your goals or perhaps even surpass them

Make sure to read the posts in the START HERE, as there is a ton of great advice in there, and do not be afraid to ask questions as you will get a lot of help from the other members in here.

One thing.... take it slow and pay attention to your PI's (especially the negative ones) and make sure to take rest days if and when you need them. Remember, this is a marathon and not a sprint, especially since you are looking to cement the gains you are able to achieve.

    Good luck and keep posting.

Hello and welcome. Nice name choice. Its good that you are starting on jp90, as that is a good beginning program. Whether you want to use devices and hanging is completely up to you. IMO, when used correctly, they speed up progress as opposed to just doing manual work. But as you said, they are not always as safe (although, I would never say that they are "unsafe" when used correctly, as I use devices myself). But PE is all about doing your own thing and picking and choosing what you like best. 100 lbs of weight loss is great! Congrats on that! I would say that you were definitely right in putting that over PE. Oh, and if you have not yet, check out the START HERE tab. Good luck and always PE safely!
