  • Hello everyone!!

The reason I'm exercising my penis is because it is curved to the left, enough as to give me some mechanical trouble during sex. I don' really care about length or girth that much, but I don't mind getting some more of both meanwhile. I've started exercising about three weeks ago. I joined the forum because I wasn't totally shore I was jelqing properly, apparently I was but I found some good information anyway. Although I did overwork a little bit, and got a little pain at the left side of the base of my penis (not the penis itself), but learned my lesson.

In these three weeks my penis seems to have done some progress. I'm not sure that it has actually got any straighter, don't think so, but I think the dent I had on the inner side of the curve is disappearing slowly and
it's girth seems more even, it seemed a little thinner nearer the base before. I'm also getting some very hard erections, last night in bed I had to do some breathing exercises and relax to get it down as I wanted to go to sleep. The skin is also looking good, I'm using baby oil with Vitamin E and aloe as lube.

I read JP's tutorial, I was doing basically the same thing only without the V-Jelq which I'm now going to add to my routine. I'm also going to include some side jelqs to the right. That should do for now, shouldn't it? I'm not going to target the left side of my penis so much for now, I want to keep it simple at least until I get some experience. And as far as I know regular jelqing should help straightening the curvature anyway, right?
Forget about discovering yourself, you are here to create yourself! You are a fluid concept, squeeze it, twist it, bend it, stretch it, press it, żjelq it?, until you are the man you want to be.

    That sounds good brother.

To really even out that left side issue, extenders are highly recommended for Peyronies (I think I spelled it right), and I like mine and have seen results, though it takes time.

I hope I can fix it with the jelqing. I share a flat with two other guys and don't want to be seen with any gadgets and have to explain what I'm doing. I also hope it doesn't take too long to get it fixed at least to a degree at which it won't bother me.

well I sit around with mine on in a loose pair of sweats, you should think about the extender, especially if you don't see results with PE, (don't get me wrong, I am a BIG FAN of PE, hell that's why I am writing articles on here!), BUT I know that extenders are supposed to work well for this curvature.
