  • Hey bro's

I've been browsing for a couple months now and in the beginning my PE journey I figured I should introduce myself. I'm a 35-year-old male in about 5.75 BPL and around 4.5 e.g. The wife always seems satisfied but I've always felt a little on the small side myself and decided to try to do something about it. I have a busy schedule with a full-time job and two kids not a whole lot of free time I'm gonna do my best to stay consistent and try to be patient. Thanks advance for any help and support through my experience. So far I have a bath pump and I'm going to be doing some manual PE. Not really practical for me to wear an extender anything but I'll see what I can do with pumping and manual work.

For some strange reason, our own eyes make our self assessment of our peters, look small. I compensate by use of a specially constructed mirror. (X2)
It has saved me a lot of distress.

Looks are deceiving, mirrors don't lie.

            Hey Ronemex!

            Welcome to the Gym.

since the other guys are busy fighting over food, I am prepared to offer some solid advice on how best to get started.

I recommend you click on and read the Start button at top left of page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is best to condition your dick before getting too involved with a Pump. Accordingly, pick one of the beginner routines and continue with it fo 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones

Don't forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to

Good luck on your PE journey, PE safely
