  • hello & thank you.

Hi, i came across this site yesterday and have been reading and browsing around and have found a ton of knowledge on PE'ing. methods, sessions, ect. great info i intend on trying for myself and hope to have success like others. im sure i'll have questions along the way, but hopefully with some reading and searching on my own i will be "incognito" till i start to see some results, and then i can offer up my own testimonial to all the "non-believers" and the "skeptical ones", and most important the people like my self that would love to have a "bigger unit" and come out of their shell to give it a shot.

anyway, i just want to thank you for what i have learned thus far and for what has yet to come from the knowledge of you guys.

on a side note, if anyone has any/knows of any good homemade hanger how to: threads i would be grateful for a link. i have found one or two so far i think, but the more the merrier. trying to find the "best one" till i can get myself a bib hanger.

Welcome X82. I can add my comments as a fairly new member. JP's routine is a good basis to work from in the early stages. Although you don't want to publish measurements early on I would suggest that you do so each 4 weeks for the first few months. This will show you that whatever your measurements are there are many other members with the same size and you will get plenty of encouragement from all concernend.

I have found it to be very encouraging and welcoming to be part of the PE community.

Well put Albert, over-measuring is a not so great thing.

And, as KP said, welcome to the gym x82, this is "the place to be"!!!
