  • Getting Started again

I am newer here but have tried some PE before. A few years a go I bought a Bathmate x40 Hercules and was dedicated to it for a few months. While doing it I never measured so I have nothing to go off of now. Currently I am BPEL 7.1 and a EG of 5.25. I am not really sure what a goal would be but maybe 8.5 - 9 BPEL and 6.5 EG.

In the past using the Bathmate I was able to come close to maxing out the x40 in girth and come close to it in length, now not so much. I know I have to start this off slow to ensure I maintain. Along with the Bathmate I have the x4 labs coming in the mail in the next few days. My plan is the following:

Week 1 8 minutes non erect eod
Week 2 12 minutes non erect eod
    Week 3 10 .75 erection eod
    Week 4 12 minutes .75 erection 2 on 1 off
Week 5 and up 12 minutes full erection eod

As soon as I get the x4 building up to 8-12 hours a day building up from 2 hours a day.

    Are my goals reasonable?

    Hey smokejumper!

    Welcome to the Gym.

Before getting too involved in devices, it is best to condition your dick first.

I recommend you click on and read the Start button at top left of page Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

Pick one of the beginners routines or adjust your routine to incorporate some of the elements. Continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Don't forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to

Good luck on your PE journey, PE safely

Hey, I'm new here too so I can't give you too much advice yet.

But, as long as you're dedicated you can get the gains you want! I believe in you haha Also, you should get back up to scratch with your conditioning. The JP90 is a great conditioning program, I'm doing the same thing.

      Good luck on your journey!
