i measured it ,it is around 16.5 cm at full errect

Your girth is small at 6.5 inches in circumference? Are you sure you measured right? and.. welcome. If you want any bone pressed number you should press it as comfortably close to the pubic bone as possible. But moreover, the measurement is for you, and all you truely need for measuring is reproducibility. You want to be able to measure with the ruler in the same place every time for accurate measurements.

But Johny, you talked about inches in your first post so just measure the girth as inches too. No need to change it into centimeters mate!
